Bard Optical

Very quick friendly service. Straightened my glasses and took care of my problem. Another Bard had messed them up so i will be coming to this location from now on.

I have been a customer of Bard Optical over twenty years. Bard Optical has taken exceptional care of me over the years. Personally I like «fun» frames and the ones I get from Bard Optical always get compliments.

Ok, first off… I am a grouchy old man (64)…I needed glasses because mine were stolen 8 yes ago. I know… I know! Well, I had gotten those at Bards in the metro center and they served me well until they were swiped outta my car. So I figured I will go back. I am so glad I did! I was greeted by the lovely Melissa, and she helped me fill out the papers and get the ball rolling. She also did some pre-​exam stuff before Dr. Jackson saw me. Then I was escorted by Dr. Jackson back to the exam room and was given a battery of eye tests to determine my new prescription. This was done very efficiently and painlessly. They don’t puff that air in your eyes anymore for glaucoma testing and that was nice.Dr.Jacksons chair side manner is exemplary and VERY friendly!!! He is definitely a consummate professional and it shows!!! I can’t wait to get my new glasses and start seeing everything I have been missing!!! Thank you so much Melissa and Dr. Jackson !!! I will be telling my friends about the service I received at BARD OPTICAL ON KNOXVILLE AVE.
