My family and I have been using Ideal Troy for years. They did a wonderful job cleaning and preserving my wedding dress. I would highly recommend them. Superior to any other dry cleaning service in the Peoria area.

I have been using Ideal Troy for years and have had nothing but great service. The people that work at the front desk are always so personable and friendly. They always greet me with a smile and often remember my name! Excellent customer service as well as quality. I will always trust them with my cleaning!

I will make this review to the point: Ideal Troy writes your name, with black sharpie as was the case with my hb dress shirt, and all my shirts for that matter, inside your clothes. When confronted, instead of an apology, they told me they «need to do this in order to guarantee their customers will get their clothes back.» They truly see nothing wrong with this. Add the fact that they do not give you a ticket or receipt upon drop off and this whole operation is a little disturbing. So I will recap, withholding my subjective humble opinion. You can decide for yourself what is or is not acceptable: per management, Ideal Troy needs to write customers names, in marker, inside clothes in order to ensure that they do not mix-up or loose them.
