Sneaky extra charge for an «Eyeglass Protection Plan» that is is not described anywhere on their website nor was I given paperwork regarding what it covers exactly. Oh, did I mention that I wasn’t asked if I wanted this $ 15 insurance plan? Because I didn’t and will be getting a refund when I pick up the glasses. Lame-​o way to take an extra $ 15 from a customer when you only show them the itemized receipt AFTER they have paid.

The «office manager» strikes me more as a manager at a bar than an office. A very new, clean office. Large selection of eyeglass frames. Optometrist hours are not particularly convenient and I came away from the whole experience feeling somehow used.
