Bathroom Transformations

A few months ago, my plumber found a leak inside the wall of my master bathroom shower, which then had to be gutted down to the studs. At first I found the restoration options a bit overwhelming, but fortunately my online research led me to Bathroom Transformations and owner Jesse Grimke.
In these hectic and competitive times, it is easy to believe that integrity and dedication to customer service are relics of the past. Jesse is proof these qualities still exist. He was a pleasure to work with — a total professional from his initial consultation through the final work inspection. He often responded to my emails within minutes. The restoration process hit a few bumps in the road due to insurance delays, but Jesse always kept his sense of humor and his patience.

I chose an acrylic shower surround, and I couldn’t be happier — the shower is easy to clean, and it looks fantastic.
The installation work was performed by Aaron, who is amazing. He is a perfectionist who takes pride in his craft. In addition to replacing the shower, plumbing, and drywall, Aaron removed my old countertop and installed a new vanity — he completed a great deal of work in only three days.
Speaking of deal — Jesse’s estimate was much lower than the other contractors I consulted. There were no hidden charges, and no extra fees for using a credit card. The final amount was not much higher than the initial estimate.

Aaron did a great job and we love the travertine product they used on our new walk-​in shower. The rain glass is beautiful too.

We had our bathrooms tiled by Bathroom Transformations. The tile wasn’t set very well in the master bath. Jesse came out and checked it. He was very professional in taking care of the problem. He brought in a different team and repaired everything. This was done at entirely his expense. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend this company! Jesse Grimke was very professional & timely giving us an estimate that was much lower than competitors! The BR remodel started on time & finished the next day. The work was done by Steve Fowler & he did a fabulous job! And Jesse accepted our credit card without adding any fees! I would hire them again in a New York minute!!!

Bathroom Transformations just remodeled our guest bathroom. From the beginning, Jesse went the extra mile in listening to what I wanted and in doing research to find what I was looking for. I wanted to plan the bathroom look myself but also have the bathroom people make suggestions as we went. I could not have found anyone better for working with. Jesse contacted me daily while the work was going on, the workmen cleaned up really well on a daily basis, and the work was very good quality. They did not require that I use their sources, as many of the other bidders did. I was able to research different items to find the best deal for us. The cost was very competitive, and I am extremely happy with the end result.
