Buffalo Wild Wings

This review is solely based on my takeout at B-​dubs tonight. I will return to dine in and add on/​update this review!
Every Tuesday B-​dubs has a special on traditional wings, currently priced at 60 cents per wing. (Used to be 50 cents, and 40 cents prior to that back in 2007 or so) Anyway, that’s why B-​dubs are usually packed on Tuesdays.
This is my first time going to this location. I ordered 10 traditional WILD wings with a side of fries. B-dub’s french fries are among my top 3 favorite btw, next to Popeye’s cajun fries and Pollo Tropical waffle fries. As like any other fries that you’d get, it must be hot and crispy.
Service was fine, friendly and outgoing staff here at the takeout counter. Oh, and they got my order correct so even though that should be a given, it’s not so common anymore. When I opened my box of wings, it was loaded with sauce and the chicken was still crispy… YUMMMMMM! The fries were still hot, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, exactly how every fry should be. I’ve been to locations all over Orlando and other cities where at some, they barely put any sauce on their wings. Trust me, you want to stay away from those places! This location did not disappoint.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality here and will return to dine in and see how that goes. I only ever get 2 sauces when I come here. 1) Wild and 2) Asian Zing. Wild has a nice kick to it (rated as their 2^nd hottest sauce), whereas Asian zing is sweet with a little heat and a hint of ginger. Both equally delicious!

I have noticed a steady decline in food over the last few months, but tonight was so bad. I came in with my family after a hockey game for some dinner and watch some bowl games. Our server was good and orders where taken quickly. One boneless snack wing and one large traditional wing. The server came back to our table twice to double check our order. When the order came it was correct, except some of the wings where soggy and cold. When our server came to check I told her about the wings being not of the best quality. I was informed that her manager said since we were served the wings they can not fix them. I sent them back.
When we got our bill they where still on there. My wife questioned it and again was told that she tried but the manager said to charge us. The server then came with a new bill with a small discount. The manager then for the first time came to our table and said he did not know we did not like our food and that the server miss informed him. I asked if he knew that we sent our food back because we did not like it and he said yes. How could a manager try to throw his server under the bus instead of visiting our table to make sure we where okay.
It’s good to know that Old Chicago is still doing a great job.

Great service! Brian was a really personable and attentive waiter! Food was ok! Grilled chicken salad and chicken fingers! Fries at bw3s need to be fresh-​cut ! Good spot for a game and a beer!

Probably #1 best place to hang out for teens-​adults. Come here probably once a week just to hang out with friends and eat my favorite boneless wings. I’ve tried many other places trying to find a less hectic, quite, and cheaper place to eat but nothing beats BDubs. Between all my friends we’ve all agreed it’s worth the little more money for the enjoyment we get out of it!

Lousy food. Slow service. Can’t believe a place featuring wings in their name has such poor wings. I keep coming back — sheesh. The bugers are awful. Guess I’m a sucker for sports-​themed places.

Great food and quick service. I was surprised to find out that even their seafood options are quite good. Try the fish tacos!

Super slow service tonight with a 45 minute wait for food and a rude manager with no comps or apology from the server for waiting 15+ minutes to put our order in. I’ll take my business to the East Peoria location before I ever come back here.

Service was very good considering it was game time, however this is the third time in and the wings are bad. Bone in wings are tough and boneless are in large part dough. The tall draft PBR was a good deal, but not worth the drive. Tried 8 different sauces. I give up. Also a bit too loud for this old person.

I was in here tonight at 9pm with 4 people at the bar. It took 15 minutes to get a refill on my beer. Service sucks. Stay away. Annoying when you just want to have a couple beers and leave. Instead only had one.

The manager at the Grand Prarie Buffalo Wild Wings is so kind and always out and about among the diners and sets a great example for his staff!
The waiters/​resses are very friendly and the service is fast, which helps when on a tight schedule!

I’ve been to this location on many occasions and the service is always great. Food comes out fast and the wait staff is extremely friendly. The food is what you expect from a b dubs. nothing gourmet but I haven’t had any issues with my orders. I usually get the chicken wrap with asain zing sauce. If you like b dubs you will like this place.

Recent remodel makes this place feel like an old bar. I’m Nolonger comfortable bringing my kid to this location dark, black everything, low lighting. But as a bar its great. Food is consistsnt with other bws. And apparantly they no longer have a lunch menu at thid location

Second time in a row I got the wrong wings on a take out order. It’s take out — I’m in no hurry — check the food. Yea I should have. I ordered 12 medium again and got 12 honey BBQ. I hate BBQ flavor. And my pretzels felt wet to the touch. There’s $ 22 down the drain. Never again will I go to this Bdubs. I’ll be across the river in East Peoria.

Pretty good wings, but wait staff appeared distracted and not overly attentive (e.g. no straws for 8 drinks). Also, it was difficult to get their attention for things like to order extra food or the check, as they seem more intent on cleaning up the place rather than focusing on the customers (it was around 9PM).
The Buffalo Wild sauce is pretty darn hot; like taking a mouthful of Tabasco sauce.

Extremely loud. Great food but hard to carry a conversation due to the noise level. Went on a Thursday night. Would be hard to hear anything on a weekend during sports games. Overall good food. Wings were good as always.

Good at times, but very slow service. I went in for lunch and waited awhile for at least 30 minutes for the food. I wouldn’t suggest going if you don’t have a hour lunch break.

Ali served lunch today. Warm inviting and friendly.

I visit with my friends after our bible study. The staff is super nice and friendly and there are plenty of tv’s to go around.
We have a great time while we are here, we have fun, we joke and even the staff joins in with us to have fun.
The food is good, every tuesday is 50 cent wings, but I get the buffalo ranch which is very good but get the mild sauce.
I love the wall poster and plenty of beer to choose from.
Our waiter Reese is awesome and a cool guy and friendly, we get lucky to get him.

I went to BWW yesterday at the Grand Prairie location and was very disappointed the experience. The server took about 15 min’s to acknowledge us after we sat down. We tried to order drinks and wings, but since my companion didn’t have her ID with her (she is 42 years old) she was not allowed a drink. We got a couple apps to include bones wings and cheese potato slices (don’t remember what hey called it). The wings had very little meat and were soaked with sauce. The potato’s were soggy and coated with very greasy cheese. I hadn’t eaten all day and was starving, yet didn’t finish the meal. The server and the manager were both unreceptive when speaking to them and didn’t seem to care about us at all.
Needless to say, we won’t be back. I’ve had good luck at their other location in E. Peoria so was disappointed in the other location.

As usual, BW3’s is amazing. This location is great — it’s not often that you see one with such great service and well-​made food. Everything was perfect.
