Best A/​C company ever! Had a part that I replaced last year go out, they came out today and replaced it at no cost. They are very reasonably priced and, more importantly in this business, honest. Highly recommended

My A/​C was out. FBI installed a new compressor for me almost 8 years ago so I called them again for service this time. John arrived on time and quickly diagnosed that my blower motor was bad. Was quoted a fair price for the diagnosis and for the repair. I ended up replacing the motor myself since I had some time and wanted to save a few bucks. I had to call John back for a minor problem after I installed the motor and he was very helpful. I’m back up and running with cold A/​C. Will call them again for my future HVAC needs.

Contacted them at 4:42 PM on a Saturday and a long weekend. Here it is an hour later, house is cooling down and they left 15 minutes ago.

Hi — I called the FBI today and was pleasantly surprised that they could come out the same day and fix my air conditioning. Jimmy came out and did a quick fix and my house is cool again. I highly recommend them for your air conditioning/​heating needs. Very honest, affordable and reliable service.

I am so disgusted with this company. He came in with an attitude since it was his second time here for the same issue. After explaining to him my daughter was in her room and to knock before going in as she could be changing, he barges right in and opens her door.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone ever!!!
Then he SHUT ALL our vents in the house and said he fixed the problem with the living room vent not putting out much air … Well duh … If it ONLY has one vent to come out of, of course it will feel like the problem was fixed. Poor business ethics, moral ethics and horrible business practices.
Next is the BBB to complain about what he did with walking on on my daughter.

I am new to Unilocal,but one of the first reviews I wanted to do was for this company. They are a local company and really care about doing the job right. Dean, Paul, and Jimmy are professional and the nicest people you will ever meet. They take their time to diagnose your problem, explain it completely, and get the repair work done in the time they say. When they set an appointment they show up on time, in fact my experience is that they show up on the early side of the arrival timeline. They have done everything from maintenance to complete system replacement for my home and my rental properties. Here in Arizona Air Conditioning equals survival. The next time you need air or heating service give Dean a call and make a friend you can count on to get it done right and fast.

Just had Paul out from F.B.I. Heating and Cooling to do a tune up on my AC. Super nice guys and he even explained some tricks to help reduce AC bills. Will definitely be calling again for my yearly check-​up! Great job!
