I ordered Fly Away Birthday Bouquet — Premium. NOT WHAT WAS DELIVERED. The flowers delivered did not have any fullness and very cheap looking. Was not even as nice as the basic arrangement but I splurged for the premium and was very disappointed. Not put together well at all. VERY VERY upset with the lack of presentation for $ 90+ flower arrangement. ADDED Pics of their business webpage flowers and delivered flowers.

Yesterday, i chose a certain bouquet, online, from this florist, because of its beauty. The bouquet was for a friend’s mother who had just found out she had cancer. What this florist did was WRONG. It had not 1 flower in the bouquet that was described. It looked like they used the cheapest flowers they could find. I will never use this florist again! The bouquet was so ugly, i am embarrassed to have had my name on it.

Very disappointed with the flowers I had delivered to a friend. I spent about eighty dollars and could have have put a better arrangement together with thirty dollars. Never again!!!

I finally got a call back at weeks end and got nothing but excuses and mis-​stated versions of the discussion during my order, the I got hung up on when I said I’d never use them because they suck.

First and foremost, I can wholehearted and without reservation say that after decades of buying floral arrangements from more florist than I can remember, I’ve finally found the one, the BEST ONE! I cannot say enough great things about Fletcher Heights Florist. From the second you walk into the door until weeks after the arrangements have arrived, you can see the love, pride, and hard work they put into each arrangement. Over the years, I have ordered birthday arrangements, holiday arrangements, graduations, get well, etc., and even little things when I’m in the «dog house», and they have ALWAYS been nothing less than superb and absolutely beautiful. However, when I came in and spoke to the girls about something special for my wife’s 50^th birthday, I knew they would do a great job. When the arrangement arrived at the exact time I requested, both my wife and I were beyond impressed and happy; it looked like heaven on earth had arrived. I’m usually very hesitant about recommending business to others as most cannot remain consistent in putting out quality products, and then you have to hear about someone you care about bad experience because you recommended them. Not with this florist, I have personally recommended them to many many family, friends, and co-​workers, and have yet to hear anything back except thank-​you and how happy they are. I’m a firm believer in that you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make them drink. I grew up during a time when business and employees took pride in their work, they we’re professional, they stood behind their products, the customer was always right, and the business knew you would return because they gave you their best (price, product, customer service, workmanship), this is Fletcher Heights Florist! Now, I know that this review sounds like someone who works there or knows them personally wrote this, I am neither.
Honestly, I don’t care if you go here or not. I’m just sharing one hard working blue collar man’s opinion who has been disappointed by many florist in the past.

I received an beautiful arrangement of white long stem roses from this florist. I have had arrangements from other places, and this far exceeded the quality of others. The roses were not damaged or blemished. They opened up BEAUTIFULLY and have not even begin to die and they are on their 5^th day.
After speaking with the sender he informed me that they were actually OUT of the white roses he wanted to send me, and this florist went out and got them to satisfy the order. The man who delivered was quite friendly and I couldn’t say nice things about the arrangement itself.

At 10:00 this Saturday morning I ordered flowers and chocolates for my Mom’s birthday, to be delivered today (they only work until 1 p.m. Saturdays) They have a national website with recommended arrangements, so I pointed out a few that I liked and their very kind worker JOHANNA said she would make something beautiful along those lines. When I asked if they had something like cookies or cakes to be delivered, she actually OFFERED TO GO to a grocery store nearby to pick something out for me to be delivered with the order. Now that’s above and beyond the call of duty, but what a lovely gesture! By 1 p.m. Mom called to tell me the flowers and chocolates had just been delivered and the bouquet was fresh, lush, full, colorful as I had requested, and gorgeous. Thanks so very much, Johanna and Fletcher Heights florist! You were recommended by another florist who was unable to deliver today, and I will remember you both when I am in the Phoenix area for the winter!

Don’t bother with this place. I wish I didn’t have to give them one star; they don’t deserve that much. They are rude and unprofessional and don’t care about customer service. Let me explain… After my uncle was in the hospital for almost a week, I decided to have flowers waiting at his home on the day he was discharged. I like to use a local florist to help «the little guy» so I found Fletcher Heights Florist. I called them, spoke with Johanna at 10 a.m., ordered an arrangement, asked that it be delivered late that afternoon and was told «no problem». Famous last words. After two days of numerous calls to Johanna to try and find the arrangement (which by the way, they NEVER called me to say they couldn’t deliver), I am finally told the driver has attempted delivery several times but no one is home and there is no shaded place to leave the flowers so they don’t wilt. I insisted (several times over) there was always someone at the house because family members had been arriving for several days waiting for my uncle to return home. Johanna told me the driver has been with them for 8 years, «is an old man» and has no reason to lie so I needed to double check the house and make sure people are there to receive the arrangement. (She’s saying I’m lying.)
I asked Johanna for some sort of compensation for the troubles since (at that time) it was well over 24 hours since I placed my order with them and I had already called several times asking about the delivery. She said, «what would make you happy?» I said, how about you deduct the delivery fees; I believe it’s $ 13. She agreed.
Later that evening, I had my cousin call the business since she is in AZ and has been at the house waiting for the arrangement even though her father has been in the hospital. Johanna told her she was finally able to speak with the driver who told her he had been GOING TO THE WRONG HOUSE. Johanna insisted mistakes happen. She told my cousin she would credit me for ½ the amount of the arrangement but she didn’t know how to do that and would have to check with someone in the morning since it was already 530 p.m. Johanna then called me and said the same thing, mistakes happen and I need to understand that. I told her this whole ordeal has been a nightmare for me and my family. That’s when she said she would credit me for ½ the amount of the arrangement. By this time, I was fed up with Johanna and waited to speak with the owner to let her know what’s been going on.
Two days later, that’s how long it took to get a hold of Dean, owner of Fletcher Heights Florist. After explaining my situation to her, she said, I’m not giving you free flowers; you got them didn’t you?! I said I did get them but after being in a hot van for 2 days, they were wilted and not even refreshed prior to delivery. She said I’ll credit you for $ 13, the delivery fee but that’s it. I’m not gonna listen to you B**** and moan over this. I asked about the credit Johanna promised me. She said I don’t know why she said that. I’m not giving you free flowers. You can pay for the arrangement then hung up on me. Later that afternoon, I was reviewing my bank account and saw a pending charge for an additional $ 40 from Fletcher Heights Florist. WTH?! I’ve already paid the full amount of the arrangement PLUS delivery fees two days before!
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS. They don’t care about you or customer service. I will NEVER use this business again, nor will any of my extremely large family in the Peoria area. Run… far, far away from Fletcher Heights Florist!!! Dean and Johanna don’t care about their customers. They just want their money (as you’ve read with the double charges I received from them). Now I have to deal with the nightmare of getting a refund on an unauthorized charge.

Fletcher Heights Florist did a great job! I called at the last minute to get an arrangement for my grandfather’s funeral and they were more than accommodating! Put together the most beautiful wreath and had it delivered to the cemetery for the service early. When we arrived the delivery guy was waiting for us! Thanks for making a difficult time a bit more beautiful! I would use them without question again! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful!

Horrible customer service. I ordered flowers online for Mother’s Day, and they called to tell me they needed $ 5 to make the delivery. They didn’t seem to care that a $ 5 was going to make them lose out on a customer and lose out on a $ 45 sale. They cancelled the order immediately.
They should have eaten the cost and fixed their website.
I will NEVER order flowers from them again.
