Heritage Funeral Chapel

In the past year and a half I’ve had need of their services twice. Both times they have gone the extra mile to be compassionate, caring, and convenient. All of the staff genuinely care about you and the loss of your loved one.

We were incredibly lucky to chose Heritage. The staff were not only professional, but so patient and understanding when we had difficulty with our decisions. Bill was invaluable to us and compassionate to our family as we made these decisions. He guided us directly to what we wanted and didn’t try to «sell» us anything other than what we wanted and that helped us to be comfortable through our decision making process. He drove our father’s casket to the cemetary and met us there and expressed his condolences again. He took time to talk with me directly and left me with the impression of a peaceful friend having dropped by. I hope it will be a very long time before I need these services again, but I won’t have any trouble deciding where to go. Thank you so very much Bill.

I can honestly say that I hope I never come here again. But not because the service is bad! Given the nature of visits to funeral chapels, the staff was very accomodating and flexible. They worked so well with my family recently when we needed to utilize their services. We packed that place! People and flowers gallore ‚… and they rolled with it.
