Everyone here is so nice and almost always get my order right. Even when they mess up, they are very eager to make sure they make it up to me. I go here quite often and they’re always very generous with the guacamole. My favorite ingredient of course. Everything is great!

Paid the extra few bucks for cheese on my sandwich and I didn’t get any cheese. Then I was told my meal didn’t come with a drink even though it actually does. Then I asked for my food to go and they just handed me a bag when my hands were full. The food is good, but some of the employees at this particular location don’t belong here.

I have been there 3 times now. Every time the bread is hard and only about a half inch thick. Like it was pressed flat. If this happens again, I am going to return the sandwich and ask for a refund!!! The meats and cheeses are ok, but I can build a better sandwich at home.

What sorcery goes on in this place?!? I ordered at the drive up sign and then drove about 20 feet to the window to get my sandwiches and THEY WERE READY. I understand their delivery is freaky fast but how is this even possible? I don’t know but I love it. Also, the only sandwich/​sub shop with sprouts… genius.

The last two times I have been at the drive thru it has taken at least five minutes to have my money taken and get my sub. And today — I received my sandwich on cold (appears to have been refrigerated) bread. Totally disappointed. Me thinks this location may be slipping. It was not rush hour — it was 1:50 in the afternoon.

Love it, the sandwichs are fresh and oh so good. They make them right there so you know they afe fresh. The prices are too bad and feel they compete with the other guys. Staff is friendly and help you, at times they recomend what they like to give it a variety to try. Havent tried a lot of different ones but they still look good. Maybe one day ill try something different on their menu.

Excellent sandwiches! Very different taste than subway and that’s a good thing. Oh and the commercials are no joke, they make their subs fast and their delivery is fast too. The bootlegger club is my favorite, with the vito as a close second. If you want something different and tasty, JJ’s is well worth it!
