We called in on a Friday to ask about an appointment for Saturday. The lady told us to come in between 1&2 because they accept walk-ins. We went in on Saturday at 1:15 and they turned us away! I was upset that I left work early only to have wasted my time and will not recommend this location to anyone. Ironically this location was recommended by a peer however it was a very bad one.

Easily the best experience I have had when purchasing glasses. I went in for an eye exam and to finally replace my old pair of glasses. Great service from a friendly and professional staff every step of the way– from the initial exam all the way to the final fitting. They weren’t particularly busy while I was there, yet I felt no sales pressure to get more expensive frames, better lenses, etc. Great group of folks. I’m sure I’ll be using them again for my next pair of eyeglasses.

*they do get commission on selling glasses* My experience: Appointment was a breeze. Walked in filled my paperwork and right away I was taken back for eye exam. Dr. Singh was very nice and helpful. She answered all my questions and passion… the reason I bring down stars is because of their sales tactics. I felt like I was dealing with a car salesman. This was my first time getting glasses so I wasn’t so educated on them and options. Most of the choices Monica provided were the high end $ 300+ glasses. She was very nice and kind throughout the process. But when I finally made my choice I felt a little pressured with the sales. She didn’t show me all the lens options only high end options. I thought it was a little high so I decided to think about it. Her response«you sure? They are the only frames on this model and might be sold after you leave and we can’t guarantee we will have them in stock ever again.» That just made want to leave store even more. Fast forward 3 days. I went to other stores target, nationwide, etc. and got more educated on the frames and lenses. At the end I still liked LensCrafters glasses so I went back to them but location in metro center. Never pressured with them and I decided to buy the glasses there. They do the lenses in one hour instead of waiting two weeks as the Northern location as they don’t have a lab. I was happy with the price as I didn’t need all these high end options. If only I would have gotten more options at Northern/Park West I would not had to waste time. P.S skip this location and go to the one in metro center.

We came here today. I do not wear glasses. My husband and daughter wear glasses. My husband got an eye exam today and new glasses. The eye dr was so congenial and knowledgable. He was awesome. Then when we went to look at glasses the guy that helped us pick out a new pair for my husband. The first pair he picked was the best choice and the choice we made. Then we had Monica helping us. Man, ask for her to help you out. She is so sweet. So knowledgeable. This was the best eye glass experience we have had. I hope all my friends and family and anyone I know come here for their eye experience! My husband said that was the most thorough eye exam he’s had. He also said he’s never had anyone adjust his glasses to his face shape before like they did here.

I haven’t been to LensCrafters since 2011 so I didn’t know that there were changes made through my insurance so I was bummed out when I found out that my insurance doesn’t cover eyeglasses anymore. The lady who helped me was nice, but at first I feel like she was in a hurry to look at my prescription while I was still looking around and trying on some eyeglasses, she was talking really fast and asked me twice for my prescription. I’ve had better experience in the other locations.

My wife and I had our eye exams today and apparently the doctor was in a big rush to get out of there. Not a real friendly guy. I guess he was in hurry to see the football game. We had our eyes dilated and they didn’t even offer us those goofy sun shields. I guess i’ll stay with nationwide vision.
