Staff is friendly but repair/maintenance work is shoddy, albeit timely. Apartments are roomy and walls surprisingly sound resistant. Sliding glass doors let in a lot of sound though. Grounds are very poorly maintained and litter is a continual annoyance. In addition the landscaping crew blows leaves, debris, and garbage into 1st floor fenced patio areas every week for us to clean up. There are cheaper apartments in all adjacent areas with obvious criminal element and some spillover. Sadly there is no option to have security concerns addressed after business hours by phone or email. Shouting matches and drunken beligerant neighbors entertaining at all hours of the night are commonplace. If this is all you can afford it’s at least a much betterr option than the other affordable apartments in the area.

I have lived here for 2 years with my 3 year old. In that time they have raised the rent, started charging water and cut off the free cable. The water is constantly shut off with out notice and sometimes is so hot you can’t wash your hands or take a shower. Sometimes you have no hot water as well. My apartment flooded and and we were left without a bathroom for several days. They did not even clean up after themselves or clean the carpet like I was told. There was no deduction in rent or even help moving essentials into the loaner apartment. We were woken up by maintenance and the cleaning crew coming into the loaner apartment in the morning before we were awake. We were told our apartment is done and we need to move our stuff out of the loaner apartment immediately for a new tenant. A very impatient situation with no respect for our privacy. My ac was leaking and there was black mold on the ceiling. I told the lady at the office and she gave me attitude. The supervisor above her came to check it out. He said its probably just mildew and don’t worry. He said they have to test it to know for sure but for some reason dont test it. There was lots of that black mold in the walls when my apartment flooded as well. I really should have called an inspector for all this because the office staff was definitely in denial and very uncooperative about my health concerns. I’m sure the walls are still filled with it waiting for the next unsuspecting tenant. All of the electrical outlets are loose which leaves plugs hanging and falling out which is a good way to start a fire. My refrigerator is loud at times and I have given up on them fixing it. There are much better places at this price point that arent in such a run down neighborhood. Don’t waste your money or risk your health there!
