Not a good experience at all. Tried to get them to wave their dumb $ 900 dealership fee and then take $ 500 off the car and they wouldn’t budge. When I had a deal with the salesman they would go get the manager and have him Come in and tell me otherwise. No respect for them after this. Didn’t keep there word. Came back after the price lowered on the same car. Asked if we could do the same deal and once again the first guy said yup! No problem. This time I wasn’t asking for any money off. Told them I’d go a couple hundred above the asking price if the dealership fee was removed and they said yes at first. Then manager comes in and says can’t do that. He even said the dealership fee was pointless and unnecessary yet he wouldn’t budge… such a terrible experience. I’m sorry if you have to deal with spencer.

What an amazing dealership! No pressure. Made a deal. Kept their word! Highly recommend. Will buy from again.
