One of the only reasons I have stayed with Verizon for as long as I have. Verizon has terrible customer service. They are both rude and uncaring. But, every time I have a problem The Digital Store has been able to fix it and make me feel like I matter. Like my business matters. My advice, don’t even worry about calling or going to a brick and mortar Verizon store. Save yourself some frustration and go to The Digital Store.
