I’ve never had a problem with this store. When I need to send something UPS it works for me.

Sent a package from this store expecting it to be sent by UPS. The cashier, Bill, apparently made the decision without asking me to send it USPS and now the package is lost and the tracking number can’t be found in the USPS system. USPS doesn’t insure tracked packages like UPS does. Due to the negligence of the store, I’m out the contents of the package and the shipping cost. When I called, he didn’t even offer reimbursement for the shipping cost. When you pay for a service, you expect to get it! Needless to say, I’ll take my shipments elsewhere from now on.

All these places are great… just wish you can drop off Fed-​Ex packages but I found out that is due to Fed-​Ex since UPS stores wont sell their services… got to love capitalism. Anyway, what would we do without places like this?

OK, it’s a UPS store. Nothing amazing about it, but I figure that I visit often enough it deserves a good old fashion Unilocal!
Nice little store.
Pleasant and helpful employees.
Parking can be limited.
Never busy. Unless it’s December 23rd.
And thats how, I like it. Uh huh!
