If you like pizza or calzones, don’t eat here. The cheese was so bad it made me wonder if it was American. The crusts were rolled over Chicago style for some reason, which was and odd choice given how light the toppings were on the pizza. The sauce was soupy and bland, I ordered a broccoli pizza and the broccoli was diced fine and was very mushy. Over all, they make a lot of odd choices and none of them add up to a quality pizza or calzone experience.

This place was a pleasant surprise when we first moved to town. We were worried about the extremely limited number of delivery options, especially moving from a much more populated area where you can get virtually any type of food delivered. C&S is our go-to delivery place now. Prices: Good, competitive, even on the cheap side for some things, especially given the reasonably high quality for a sub/pizza shop. Delivery: Reasonably fast, nice delivery people, food arrives hot and in fine condition. Food:(Mostly) awesome. They use high quality veggies, cold cuts, breads, etc. I think I had one of the best tomatoes I’ve had in recent history at C&S(on a club sandwich), which was confusing, but really great. Even the white bread they use seems better-than-average. Pizza is great, but not what I’m used to. I can’t explain the massive mounds of toppings or copious globs of cheese they throw on those things. It’s not like any other pizza I’ve had. It’s good — don’t get me wrong — it just takes some getting use to. The crust is greasy but flavorful. Subs and sandwiches are well above average. I would eat a club sandwich from C&S daily if I could. Their bacon is legit. Everything is legit. Sides/appetizers are good and there are lots of options, including fried pickles and fried mushrooms, which can be a bit hard to find. Both are done reasonably well. I deducted one star for a handful of missed sauces in delivery orders, and a recent experience in which a hot sub with veggies was total mush by the time I got it. I could only eat a few bites of that liquid-y bread. This is rare for them, though — normally everything is awesome.

Our favorite place for pizza — great kabob salad — served at room temperature — not freezing cold like other places and so very flavorful

Got food delivered to our home. On time. Great tasting. Would recommend to others. So nice to get delivery were the food is hot. Driver friendly. Unsure how they did it the fries were still crisp. You gained a customer.

By far the best subs in the area!!! They GETIT! Message to local sub shop owners… Cut your subs in half and then layer your food onto bottom half of roll place top half back on and cut… duh…That way every bite taste the same!!! Mr. Tom’s Pizza in Ayer was doing it back in the ’70’s and their subs ruled all!

Only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because I’m not a big fan of there pizza. A large pizza here is not big at all and the slices are small. I also don’t like thick crust. I am more of a fan of thin style pizza that’s cheesy. If I want pizza in town I go to pizza pizzaz cause they have awesome pizza and its huge and thin crust! I’m giving C & S 4 stars though because they have excellent sandwiches and subs!

I would like it if I can review a menu on line, on Unilocal and on their website. The food you prepare is delicious and abundant.

Used to come here as a child and then get Doc Davis ice cream on our way home and we always loved C&S Pizza but hadn’t been for years until the other day. They must have changed owners because the pizza was completely different than it used to be. It doesn’t even remotely LOOK the same as it used to. It wasn’t awful but I definitely don’t like it as much as I liked the previous pizza they had. Unfortunately I probably wouldn’t go back again.

I was born and raised in Boston and this place and people are the best. Their roast beef sandwiches are as good as Kelly’s roast beef if not better! The food is always fresh, every sandwich they make is delicious. And the pizza is as good as any pizza you’ll ever have in New York or Boston these people are awesome! I only wish I lived closer

C & S Pizza is your typical house of pizza. I ordered a cheese-steak sub and cajun fries for delivery, and it took a pretty long time for it to arrive. I wasn’t too upset about the wait, they may have been swamped with orders. Needless to say, the delivery boy was friendly and there were generous portions of food /cheap prices. All-in-all I was a happy camper! The food was tasty, but nothing too special(again, keep in mind we are talking about a HoP establishment, not a steak house). With that being said, if HoP food is what you’re looking for, then THIS is the place to go in Pepperell!

I love this pizza place. They have updated their menu and you can have the alternative of a wrap instead of the sub rolls. The steak tip sub/dinner is great. Love the home made dressing on the Greek salad. Always fresh. Wonderful family owned place!

Awesome place. Great food and great folks. The food is great with generous portions. Prices are good and the food is fresh and delicious with lots of variety on the menu and they are always trying and adding new stuff. This is a real family shop(husband & wife team) and they are great supporters of the community. You cannot go wrong here. If you are really up to a challenge, check out the«C&S Monster» pizza challenge. Lots of info about that on their Facebook page. Worth the trip, I never miss a chance to stop in when I am in the area!

If you grew up in Pepperell you either LOVE this place or HATE it. Ok. well maybe you don’t hate it but you probably stay away for the most part. My limited experience has been C&S has mostly over cooked pizza and questionable toppings. I am not sure if the mushrooms have ever been actually alive and growing, but if they were it was many, many, many, years ago… in a far off land. Way too many pizza places in town for these guys to continue serving this stuff. Go elsewhere.

This has become one of our favorite spots in Pepperell, despite the fact that there aren’t many restaurants! The Steak Bomb lives up to it’s name and they’ve got pretty good pizza as well. We ordered the chili cheese fries one eveing and were surprised to get a HUGE helping of fries covered in yummy chili and cheese. It was a great value. You definitely get a lot of food for your money.

For twenty-plus years, the only place, in Pepperell, that gets my very-occasional«Italian sub with everything including oil» business is C&S. There’s just something about a C&S Italian sub that really hits the spot after a day of yardwork! Maybe I’ll try one of their pizzas someday…
