I love there pizza and my husband and I order all the time from here and rave about this place to others but the past few times we have ordered from here the delivery process has taken well over an hour just for a large pizza. We called and kept getting the run around. We were told the driver would be there in 5 mins and then it took another 20 mins after we called. We called twice and complained and we still had to pay for a cold pizza. They told us we can bring you another pizza. Really we just waited over an hour for a pizza why on earth would we wait again for another? No common sense. Personally they should’ve given us the damn pizza for free. We order once a week from here and the customer service has gone down tremendously. I rated them 5 stars before then rated them 2 stars cause the pizza wasn’t the same now they are getting 1 star.

Their Greek style buffalo pizza is great. Definitely prefer the Greek style pizza over the Italian.

Great chicken cutlet calzone with marinara on the side. Also had the Greek salad and loved the dressing. The employees are very nice and polite. We ordered a pizza last week and it was good as well. We just moved to the area, and so far, we like Pizza Pizzazz the best.

Sadly since this place switched ownership I don’t know what’s worse, the customer service or the way they prepare your meal. When I arrived they knew they did not prepare my meal the way it had been requested yet they sent it out anyhow. When I called on the phone to complain I had to deal with a rude employee who could care less about the error in my order. Save yourself some time and hit the depot instead.

I just grabbed a couple of subs for the first time. My hot pastrami was very good. My wfie’s Chicken Parm. was good according to her. Service was pretty fast. Haven’t had the pizza. Convenient if you’re shopping next door at Donelan’s.

I don’t know if it was a bad night but the cheese steak subs were horrible. They were so salty could not eat. The sub was only a ¼ full of meat — all roll. Just a disgrace.

Pizza is so good — they put so much cheese and toppings! They just moved to a new location, which is MUCH nicer. You can actually go and sit down to eat.
The owners are always there and are super nice (but don’t speak the best English), so you know every order is made carefully, not thrown together by some high school kid. They actually make their own meatballs!

We ordered a large pizza from Pizza Pizzaz one evening and we were sorely disappointed. Not only was the taste sub par, but it was cold. We’ve never gone back and have no intention to do so in the future.

Just changed their rating to five stars because their pizzas are so consistently well prepared and DELICIOUS!!!
I just tried their Greek-​style pizza because I prefer thin crust. Ordered it with pepperoni. Other than the fact that the pepperoni pieces were so small I could hardly find them, I liked the pizza. The crust was perfectly crispy, they did not use too much tomato sauce, and the cheese was plentiful.
After reading another reviewer’s comments, I was ready to have a problem if one of the staff had an «attitude,» but I found them to be very pleasant.
I will definitely return to this nice little business.

We like that they serve greek and italian style pizza. My partner likes their peperoni steak sub a lot. The food is good, but ordering can be difficult. Often the person answering the phone isn’t great at taking down orders.
