absolutely will never return here again. I asked for pumpkin spice, light with cream and NO sugar. I get light with cream and EXTRA sugar. very disappointed. use to be my favorite

horrible service i spent $ 4 one one cup of coffee and all i tasted was water these indians are scaming the customers or pompton plains. plus they talk in indian language about the customers. i feel like im in indiana speak english very disrespectful. plus i think they spit in my coffee can someone please call the bbb health department and see if they r illegal. can we get they names and blood test i need to know if they have hiv or aids in dunkin donuts on rt 23 pompton plains

I do love their coffee and donuts. There is so much to choose from. I wish we have DD everywhere in LA. I will miss this location for sure.

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever, instead of coffee you get water with taste of coffee, and many times old coffee:(

This Dunkin donuts is standard places with Baskin Robbins. I order the chicken biscuit with hash browns. It was expected because it was pre packaged like any other DD. The ice tea was horrible that I had to throw it away. Most DD brew their own and for this place it tasted awful even with the sugar. I’m giving them two stars for the food.

One of the cleanest, friendliest, and most cared for dunkin donuts i’ve EVER been too. Friendly staff makes it easy to come in and place a order knowing exactly how to make it and you can guarantee that you’re order is right. Food, donuts, bagels are always fresh. Store is ALWAYS clean. Even the manager gets involved! He seems to have the store under great management. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Went in, ordered, paid, got receipt, waited. And waited. The guy who took my order looked up from the register and asked, «Did you
want to order, sir?» My family and I have had similar experiences there. Someone is not paying attention.

This is one of the better Dunkin Donuts. It’s one of those half Dunkin half Baskin Robbins. I’ve never seen anybody get ice cream, but then again, I’m usually here in the early morning hours.
The one person that works there, Mary, is awesome! She remembers all the regulars orders. As soon as I walk in the door she Asks me, «Large black with three Splenda?».
At first I thought i came here too much, but it’s not that, it’s the fact that some people care about their job and try raise the bar. That’s what it’s all about people! The rest of the staff are super friendly.
Since its such an awesome Dunkin Donuts it can get very busy; if you see a big line, but don’t get overwhelmed, it moves very quickly. One time I was on this huge line, and naturally I had my face in my phone to pass the time, next thing I know I was second in line; talk about quick.
Unlike other Dunkin Donuts in the area, I’ve never had a stale donut from here all the donuts are very fresh.
If you need a good Dunkin Donuts, this one is a solid choice!
