Dunkin’ Donuts

Amazing coffee, always has my order correct and I do not have to worry about them charging me a fortune! Now that they moved across the street and turned it into a drive thru too, I absolutely love it ! I have no problem now getting my coffee and wasting my time to go in and wait after turning my car off in this cold weather. They always get my caramel iced coffee correct everytime I went. My friends and I would hang out in their parking lot back in the day and we always got our coffee. After a while of us all going in not only to get warm, but to get our good olé jump start coffee they actually started to remember a few of our orders. I love Dunkin and always have because the prices and coffee are a match made in heaven!

The new DD on 1050 Hamburg Tpke is full of morons. Every single time I or anyone else I know that’s gone has had their order screwed up.

The coffee is good. Place is clean.

Out here because of work, decided to make a pit stop to refuel the caffeine machine. Not sure why it took 10 minutes to get a large iced coffee. I’m sure they had to have a good reason… oh wait, one person working. That would definitely explain it!

Love the caramel lattes and I do frequent here alot because of distance. Problems here are the staff. I place my order and ones something is taken they call out to somebody to make what I ordered! Why don’t you wait till I’m finished, maybe I want a sandwhich! Biggest issue here besides being understaffed and making the drinks correctly. You think the amount of times you show up and ask for same thing, why does it have to be re– made ! Oh well keep hoping go better! Soon ill drive down the street to other location.

This is the closest DD’s to my house so, I usually come here just for coffee.
There was too many times where my order was messed up and ordered donuts and they were not fresh.
The store is always extremely clean and the staff are very nice. Overall, it’s just needs a little improvement.
