Arco am/pm

Wish could give lower. One star as a store –5 as a gas stations. All outdoor payment broken as usual past few years. Today was final straw.
After spending. 20 min on a pump since everyone has to go in to pay and get change, I went in and paid cash. Then back in second time to find out why it wasn’t working to see two cashiers finding it hilarious. To having to go back in third time. At this point I want my money back.

So the gas price is great – however, as a 24 hour station– why are the hot food options closed at 9:30pm??! I have hungry teen kids, Arco! Not cool! Not cool at all. Now I have to make a whole other stop on the way back home.

Always busy but who cares they always have what I want. Right off the freeway for a quick in & out. The cashier are always fast and super nice!!!

I stopped here to put my last ten dollars in gas and the cashier apparently doesnt know how to do her job! I told her ten on #two and she, too preoccupied flirting with the firefighter next to me, put it on pump number ten. And then after HER mistake told me that if the cameras could prove i didnt pump the gas that in seventy two hours i would get the ten dollars back. I am outraged at how rude and inexperienced the employees are here. So i suggest if you do stop here make sure she puts it on the right pump or better yet, just use the machines. I was refused a manager/supervizor’s number and the employees didnt seem to care at all. This experience has taught me never to go inside this arco station! Maybe if i want my gas money stolen or to be treated rudely.

Friendly staff. Lots if travelers pass through and its a clean facility. Next to ihop and next to the freeway.
