Baskin Robbins 31 Flavors

Place is decent. Service is good. The only issue with this place is price. I don’t mind paying 6 bucks for two scoops of ice cream. However, I was blindsided when I bought a birthday cake for my husband. I ordered an ice cream cake that feeds 6 – 8 people. I choose an oreo design. I noticed they charged extra for design. Seriously? Then she asks how many Oreos do you want? I say 4 one in each corner. Then she charges me for each cookie? WTF! Oreos aren’t that expensive. I ended up paying $ 42 for a tiny cake.

It was a pleasure to come to this Baskin Robbins. Marina & Yada provided quick and friendly customer service. I love the fact that both of them washed their hands before helping customers. I will definitely be coming here again!

Baskin Robbins has the best ice cream, but this location could use a little more care. While this location is a normally a clean place, they let their store go today with a mad rush of people. There was ice cream all over the floor and foot prints from the spilled ice cream.
This location also suffers from having the smallest scoops of ice cream. The Baskin Robbins locations in Moreno Valley and Hemet have Way bigger scoops for the same amount of money. At those locations their kids scoop is the same size as a regular sized scoop here.
Not the best Baskin Robbins, but it is the best place to get ice cream in the area.

Normally I would not review an Ice Cream purchase but, It seems this place has a low rating and my experience was positive.
1. The young lady working the counter was very courteous.
2. My single scoop in a cup filled up the cup. BIG SCOOP!
3. The two quarts purchased was packed and weighed.
4. Asked me if I would like spoons or a lid for my unfinished single scoop when we were done.
5. Back to #1. What can I get for you. Have a nice day. All go a long way in my book.
So many places like this have people grunting at you. But not here.

Girl didn’t even know how to scoop ice cream! We got single scoops and she couldn’t even smush the ice cream INTO the cone. I was left with a whole dry bottom half of my cone. She needs better scoop-​training. What a rip-​off.
Don’t they know the last bite of an ice cream cone is the most important part of the entire treat?! *smh

Only down rated for small scoops and high prices. Quality ice cream, clean store; it would be a dark day in Perris if they ever closed
