I came to this place today after about 8 moths and it look like there was new owners the food is way better than it was 8 moths ago, very good noodles, there orange chicken was small bite size pieces nice bread/chicken portion on each bite and awesome orange taste. There teriyaki chicken is also pretty good not to sweet, soft and juicy, good portions(your box is still able to close right lol) 7.00 for a «combo B» add drink for $ 1, will be coming back more often.

The food here is horrible! I got orange chicken and it was a mushy. The bbq pork was very hard and dry. The beef in the broccoli beef tasted like fish(they probably re used oil). The chow mein was super greasy. They have good customer service and clean restaurant BUT the food was very BAD!

STARWOKEXPRESS: THEUNTOLDSTORY So I suppose I will throw up a review of this place with the PROS and the CONS, keeping things balanced ;p Unlike my fellow Unilocal reviewer S. W, after several hours, I feel it is safe to say that I did NOT get the«runs.» Well, with that out of the way, on to my FOOD review… I came into this place because I haven’t been here in years, and was in the mood for some«Chinese Fast Food.» PROS 1– They take Visa and MasterCard 2– They offer a free fountain drink with a combo(1 refill). 3– They offer free Horchata — which in my opinion was REALLY good! I was only going to try a sip, but ended up drinking a lot more :) 4– They keep the tables clean. When I was looking for a seat, there was an employee cleaning the tables right before I was going to sit down. 5– There is plenty of indoor seating. The 10+ people that were in there had plenty of room to pick their seats. Seemed like a popular place to eat. 6– The owners were really nice. There is an oriental man with decent english, and his wife(i assume) who speaks very well. She noticed my school shirt that I had on and we had a nice lil chat about professions and how tough the job market is these days. 7– I took a peek in the back room and things looked clean and organized. 8– Food looked fresh. 9– Jammed packed with food! CONS 1– They don’t take AmeX, however I heard that a lot of small business around Perris don’t. They told me that Amex charges 10% per sale while MasterCard and VISA only charge 2%. Thats money the business has to pay, not the customer. Ended up learning something new, which is always nice :) 2– Their Raspberry Ice Tea was out of service. When a customer said that the Sprite was out, the owner himself came out and fixed it for her. I later heard her mumble that it was too watery, but i think it was pretty cool that he would do what he could for a customer. OVERALL, in comparison to AMERICAN chinese food, this place is decent. If I was going to go back, I would probably go back for their fried rice, good conversation, and the free Horchata… … man that was some good Horchata: p — — I posted a pick of what I got — –

Cannot give no stars, or I would. I work in this shopping center, and more customers and employees have told me that they have gotten food poisoning here than at any other restaurant I know. I myself got severe runs twice, and will NOT be back. It is NOT the original owners, who ran a clean kitchen. At one time, there was a «C» health rating posted… that should tell you something. RUN, don’t walk, from this place
