Order your bone in wings prior to arriving, if not expect to wait a good 20 minutes. Aside from that the service was good, and the gentleman behind the counter explained why it takes longer for the bone in which is to allow the wings to fully cook. Made sense to me.

The only reason there is 2 stars and not 1 is only because the cashier was nice. While ordering I noticed the kitchen/cooking area/pig style. There was all kind of wet paper on the floor along with containers and receipts all while the employees talk, cook, and laugh all while walking over the trash. The counter seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned or wiped off. All of the employees there seem young, however that is NO excuse to have the prep/cooking area in this condition. This place SCREAMSSALMONELLA. No bueno.

So before i left my house to go to wing stop i read many of the reviews and expected to be thoroughly disappointed with the service and the food. But i am very glad i went against the grain and decided to go, everything was great! The staff was mostly youngsters, but in my opinion far from«ghetto hoodrats» as one person described. They were friendly, polite, and courteous. I was told my food would be ready in 19 minutes, i had it in 21 minutes. My food was shown to me for my approval before it was bagged. They were all smiling faces. They were joking around as you would expect from young staff, but they seemed to be getting along well and enjoying their shift without letting it affect their work. Even when they had no more orders to take the girl at the register began to mop the floor and clean the counter. I’m not sure if i just lucked out and had a different crew when i went, but my experience was nothing like the majority of the reviews on here. Maybe i went to a different wingstop or something? New management? I don’t know, but don’t let the other reviews keep you away. I almost did, but I’m so glad i went! And as far as the wings, they were great as well. I will be going back to try other flavors. I’m sorry the experience was so bad for everyone else, but everything was great for me!

The cook stank af. Like I couldn’t even decipher whether it was the garlic Parmesan or his pits but yea doe… That boy stank like a mug. The wings aight tho. They always hook it up wit the wings and that’s fasho a plus. But other than that… This place is deemed unsanitary simply because the cooks hygiene is trash.

1.Rude. While taking my order the cashier seemed really annoyed and had a bad attitude. 2.Unprofessional. While waiting for my order the employees were playing around in the kitchen smacking eachother and joking around. 3.Quality Wings were really dry and over cooked. 4.Ripped Off I order 50 wings for my family came out to 40 $. When I got home and I was dividing up the 50 wings for my family I noticed I was missing 8 wings. I’m so pissed with the over all service that I will definitely not be going again. A 1star review is to good for them.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We walked in, the cashier not once acknowledge is. She was doing something on the register for about 5 minutes before she looked up and said, «Hold up, I’m doing something real quick.» There was about 3 people behind us already and she still took about 5 more minutes before she took our order. Finally she takes the order and asks me twice what I want. The manager walks in shortly after. Presentation is everything and she had stains all over her shirt and her hair was a mess. Finally we get our food, descently cooked. Never again based off of customer service will I come here again.

I took my 6 yr. old grand-daughter to Wingstop for lunch in Perris. Her very first visit to Grandma’s home town ‘Wingstop’ was very disappointing. While waiting in line for service, my grand-daughter wanted to use the bathroom. We were the next customers in line. When I asked a young blonde girl that worked there for the key, it was refused because she said it was for customer use only, as I clearly stated we were next to order. She still said we had to wait until we ordered and paid. My grand-daughter started crying because she could not hold it, so I immediately took her next door to the Chinese restaurant where they are more humane. Nevertheless, we returned to Wingstop because my grand-daughter wanted to eat chicken wings. When I asked the blonde girl for her name, she ignored me and went to the back. When I asked other employees there for the owner’s name, all of a sudden everyone developed«amnesia» and stated they had just started«working there» and they didn’t know anyone by «name». I had to call the city to get the information I needed to report this incident as we have public laws that protect consumers. Another ‘lame-epic-fail’ excuse given to me for the restroom denial use, was the fact that ‘outsiders’ vandalize restrooms, such as ‘gang members’, and that went a little too far; as I am a handicapped 60 yr. old grandmother with a 6 yr. old grand-daughter just trying to enjoy a lunch together. Not only was my intelligence insulted but we certainly did NOT fit into the category one of those idiot workers was trying to make us look like or portray. I guess their ‘anal-retentiveness’ blinds stupid people to where they’re incapable to tell the difference. I made several attempts for the owner to return my calls on this issue, which I never heard back from. This twisted generation we live in is sad and beyond repair, as incidents like these, are not taken care of accordingly. My grand-daughter’s father(my son) is a public figure. Many years On-air radio personality for POWER106FM; KDAY93.5FM; and Radio Latino. He’s known as «TATT“OO» I didn’t immediately relate this incident to my son until I would hear back from any Wingstop«hot-shot’ and see how this issue was going to be resolved. I NEVER did and I gave it enough time. When I told my son about this, he was flabbergasted, and said he was going to put ‘WINGSTOP’ in Perris on ‘BLAST’! He said people needed to hear this. Over two million listeners heard this incident over the radio. This letter/e-mail is being published on «Perris News» and it is going on-air radio again! This is only the beginning! I am also sending this review to their corporate office and see what happens. ASOFRIGHTNOW, IT’S ONTHEIR«WRITE A REVIEW» UnilocalPAGEALSO! This location is awful!!! Do not go here!!! It’s needs 0 stars but was forced to give 1 to write a review. All the employees are retarded and can’t do there jobs!!! Needs some SOPs in this location. For those who are slow, that means standard operating procedures. Go to the Menifee location, they actually have brains and can multitask.

«Don’t order wings here, I wish I could give less than 1 star.» Half star. Well I guess I agree with all the other one star reviews. I love wing stop so we ordered on line over an hour ago. Ordered at 1:07 pm and said it would be ready at 1:27pm. It is now 2:09 pm and we are still sitting here waiting for out order. The GM Sheray and the shift manager is Samantha. Seems to me like no one is in charge here. They could have just told me to come an hour later instead of just waiting here. The only reason I have time to write such a long and poor review is the fact that I am still waiting for an order that was placed over an hour ago online. Corporate needs to fix this place. If you want wings don’t come here. It is now 2:14pm still no wings. I am sad for this place. Now 2:17pm still no wings. Just got our wings 2:18. 1 hour and 10 minutes later.

Ordered a family pack(30PC) over the phone with Alana. Went to pick up order came home and the family started eating. My friend bit into one of the BBQ flavored wings and it had a strand of hair ! It was long and wrapped around the whole wing. We all immediately stopped eating everything, wings, fries, veggies. I called the location and was told they couldn’t do anything because the mgr wasn’t in and that the mgr would call me in 10 mins. After waiting for over 35 mins, I called and the mgr happened to be there. I explained to her the situation and she asked if I could bring in all the wings and food as well as the receipt. I told her I did not want another order, I just wanted a full refund.(Who would still like to eat here after that long hairy situation?) She stated that was okay and asked to just go in for the refund with the remaining food. As I walked into the busy restaurant, with my wingstop bag, torn and all, & immediately received a gritty look by the staff and customers. I told one of the male staff members I was the there for my refund. Another guy came and asked if we had the hair. We said yes it is in the container. He proceeded to removing the long hair strand out of the wing with his bare hands and had the audacity to extend it out and say, but this cannot be one of ours? Keep in mind, we are in the front counter during a busy time at the restaurant filled with customers dining, as well as others in line. Another female staff member grabbed the hair, took it towards the kitchen area and was showing it to the«mgr»(she was the lady who gave us the refund, couldn’t help to assume that she was in charge). The«mgr» started walking towards the front area, rolled her eyes and asked for our receipt and proceeded to refunding us our money with the most unprofessional and aggravated attitude. She did not apologize to us once nor did the other staff members. Instead we were treated as if we should be apologizing to them; as if WE were the ones who should be sorry for ordering a huge family pack with hair in it! This is the closest to me but this location will not earn my business again!
