So I usually go here and order salad bar, or the usual 8 or 12 oz sirloin but it was New Years Eve, and I was feeling like let’s go all out. They had the New York Strip or Possibly Rib Eye special it was a 160z steak with all the fixings for $ 19.99. Being New Years Eve of course the place was packed and busy, the servers tried to make the best of it. A guest in the party went to the soup bar which was stocked, however with no bowls :/They politely asked an employee hurriedly walking by to Grab some bowls if possible, stood there for 2.5 mins before walking away impatiently… Then my meal came out and the Steak was horrid! Tasteless to start off with, but just plagued with fat! :/This steak was not trimmed well at all an was honestly 35% + Fat over Meat. Extremely disappointing as said previously, there smaller sirloins are usually Charred to perfection! Of course, i’m one to maybe complain, but I was dissatisfied for sure and disappointed but know the golden rule to never send my plate back. Must have just been an off night, may have been because I ordered such a large steak. Nonetheless, the rest of the party was satisfied and as for me, I will try again for sure some time hoping for a better Meal.

As far as Sizzlers go, this is one of the better ones. Clean location and attentive waitstaff. If you’re looking for a Sizzlers, I’d recommend this one over the others in the surrounding cities.

4 stars for a Sizzler? Why yes! I like having variety in my gastro-glutto-outings and Sizzler has always been part of that. Maybe because for the low price of(currently) $ 12 I can eat as much salad, soup, chicken wings, tacos, spaghetti, onion rings and desert as much as I want. And the Sizzlers I have been to always had been near a bike shop or bike trail so its perfect after-ride meal! This one in Mo’ Valley looks like its newly renovated compared to the others I have been to. The inside looks far more upscale than others. The ones in Big Bear and San Dimas for example, looks old and tired and looks like it needs refreshing badly. There were new salads, one was kale which surprised me. And maybe because it was a Sunday and its the after church lunch crowd but the food was fresh. Restaurant is well lit and as mentioned, looks more upscale. Staff also attentive though it did take long to get a kid’s meal out. Lesson learned, next time have kids eat the Salad bar as well. I haven’t tried the other menu offerings as I always had come for the Salad Bar but I would think the food would be as good as well. Just be patient as they seem to take time to get it out.

Went to lunch with my parents and the service was great. Anytime I go whether it be lunch or dinner the servers are always friendly and on it!

As a kid growing up in the Inland Empire of So Cal, Sizzler was definitely a staple of cuisine for many local families. Over the years, we have watched our local Sizzler restaurants go downhill and then close altogether. While out looking at new houses far from home, we saw a Sizzler billboard off the 215 freeway and decided to take a chance. We are SO glad we did. This Sizzler is the MOSTBEAUTIFUL Sizzler I have EVER seen. It was clean, nicely decorated, had plenty of seating and had a salad bar that was TODIEFOR. It was clean, constantly stocked and had wonderful selections. Even though it was about an hour from home, we are willing to make the drive again and enjoy it. But, we are REALLY missing the Sizzlers we used to have in Rancho Cucamonga, Chino and Upland. Please Sizzler… COMEBACK !!!

Had lunch here today & was extremely disappointed. The service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress disappeared and a «new» waitress asked if we needed anything, I asked her for a to go cup for my drink and she never returned. After waiting for more than 10 minutes we left. I do not think I will return.

I have to say; good work on the remodel, but stick to the salad bar! The mango lemonade was off the hook and you can’t beat bottomless!

Food was great, tonight and our waitress Leah was so sweet and attentive, she was the only one working and always checking on ever table, thanks for making our family feel welcomed Leah.

Great service, loved what they did with the place. Food was good and if your watching what your eating this is the place to eat healthy. Sometimes food taste better when you don’t have to prepare it yourself

This is the best sizzler I have had by far. The steak and shrimp juicy and moist. The food is fresh, establishment is clean and pretty, the salad bar is well stocked and clean and the staff are super friendly. My family and I will be regulars here.

Much nicer with the new renovation. The specialty salads are yummy and a good variety. The new corn chowder is quite good as well.

2 star food at 4 star prices. I can’t believe the prices they charge here. Can’t afford to come back anytime soon. Sizzler as a chain has never impressed me. It’s like a place where people who dine at Denny’s get away to have their occasional ‘fancy’ night out The remodel was an improvement and it was clean and comfortable with a cafeteria kinda vibe. Service was lacking.

Good service! Based of the services from the waiters and waitresses, they must have a good managers and owner! Please keep up the service level and set a new bar for sizzles everywhere.

What can you say besides that its a typical sizzler to me. Its not great but its not horrible either. I mainly came here for the salad bar when im the mood to eat a little healthy but there were times that I could use a hearty meal when a steak would suffice. I came here about 10 years ago and it was a little ok very old fashioned but they hae remodeled so its not as bad anymore.

First time I’ve given sizzler a chance in years because I felt they were going downhill in food quality and dining appearance. This location lacks neither! I’m a meat and potatoes kind of guy, but their salad bar is everything I require to submit. Healthier eating made fun AND taste good.

I’ve never been excited about this restaurant chain. I never thought it had that super star restaurant appeal like Olive Garden or BJ’s. It’s certainly not a place I would celebrate a birthday. But after the renovation, I think I’ll be coming here more often. My first thoughts when I came in the new restaurant was wow… am I in Vegas? The new restaurant design had awesome appeal. The showcase in the front displaying the steaks was a nice touch. The food was good as well. Still some of the same menu items, but I felt it was prepared better. Also the new hot rolls are awesome. Gets a 5 star in my book, especially being in Perris.

I’ve eaten at this Sizzler a few times in the past(before the renovation) and always left vowing never to return. This time I came in because a co-worker insisted, and I was positively surprised. The interior has definitely changed which lent a better dining experience. Before the update, I always felt like I was eating in a place that was meant as a waiting room for dying of old age. Not now. It has a very patriotic family vibe. The food has also improved, slightly. The buffet still offers the standard: chicken wings, tacos, variety of soups, different salad greens… but I noticed that they also had additional salads such as a strawberry, blueberry, & spinach salad & a tomato and kale salad. The dessert bar was the same as before. I know a lot of people like the cheese and garlic toast that was a main staple of Sizzler, but honestly I could take it or leave it. This time the server gave us the cheese toast with apologies that they rolls weren’t ready yet. Later she returned with yeast rolls that were very tasty. They were warm, fresh, and dense(pro tip: don’t eat more than one if you’re planning on attacking that buffet! lol!). They were served with a sweet butter on the side that I decided to forgo after trying — it had a strange aftertaste that I didn’t like. The main difference though was my steak. I was expecting something akin to jerky because that was just the type of steak I would get here. Not now. I was surprised to see cut steaks in a display counter — kind of like the nicer steak houses do now. I went ahead and decided to take my chances and order the ribeye. Boy was I glad I did. It was cooked just the way I asked. I’m sure I will find myself here in the future — if they maintain the quality I experienced this last time around.
