Very authentic tacos! The restaurant was packed, the salsa bar was messy and the girls taking the orders were rather short with us. I may go back one day.

Amazing food ! I have to admit i live in Perris, and there is not much here but how did i forget about this GEM hidden here in Perris, maybe the parking? That is my only complaint and hey … they really can’t help that. They are soooo quick here, the line goes quick and the food is fantastic… We usually order carne asada tacos, burritos, and our fav Sopes. But this time I ordered a Shrimp Ceveche Tostada, and it was great, only thing missing was(in my opinion) Avocado slices on top. But ill let it pass because the shrimp was so fresh and yummy. So just to add if you have not been here before they have a really good salsa bar and prices are good for Authentic Mexican food.

My favorite place to eat in Perris! Hands down! I practice my spanish with the servers and they are very hospitable. The food is simply off-the-charts. You would need to travel to Ensenada to find tacos this good…

My fellow Unilocalers, a job well done! Looked up best restaurant in Perris, not to get mixed up with Paris Paris in Vegas, or definitely not get it mixed up with Paris, France… Perris can be compared to a flea on a dirty dog you would find in Tijuana! It’s like the armpit of a bum that hasn’t taken a shower in 2 months. But, among the little streets with no lights, streets that yet need to paved, between Mediterranean look alike homes sprawled over acres of land, with broken down fences and broken down cars, you’ll find a huge shopping center with a Dollar Tree store as the anchor to bring in more stores similar… is a delicious Mexican restaurant called Tacos La Bufadora! We got the Asada burrito, the street tacos, asada y pastor, tostadas plate… it was all good! Plus really good salsas, free cucumbers, cooked and pickled jalapeños. They have fountain sodas, Mexican sodas, beer, horchata… With our tummies totally full, taste buds completely satisfied and my wallet only $ 18 lighter than before, this place is my bueno. The only problem is we live in canyon country, the armpit of Santa Clarita… Just keepin’ it real Bufadora(big blow hole) El Conocedor Gourmet

My new favorite fish taco place. My family and I came here last night to try it out. I loved all the items we tried. I had the fish tacos and shrimp(grilled) tacos. Delicious!!! We tried the campechana tostada and that was pretty good too! The service was excellent. Super nice and attentive. Place was clean. Lots of people there, good sign people love their food.

This is an OK taco shop to visit in Perris, large selection of Mexican food, the taste however is not 100% authentic but will satisfy your cravings, clean place the service is not the best but ok to go once in a while.

Can’t wait to back here. Don’t live in area but pass thru here every couple months. Just like being in Ensenada or San Felipe for the tacos. So tasty, so fresh. Will be back asap to try more stuff!

The shrimp burrito was a-ok. The tortilla was tough and chewy. I should have ordered the fried shrimp instead of grilled because grilling was not enough to mask the heavy and unmistakable freezer burn taste. I enjoyed the complimentary blistered peppers and cucumbers. I’m glad that I stopped by because I was hungry but I likely wouldn’t return.

Recommended by a friend, went & tried it for myself. I was surprised to see such a variety of popular Mexican dishes & drinks, including michelladas! The tostadas my gf recommended were amazing, & topped with tons of deliciousness! Flavored went so well together, I literally scrapped my plate! Will definitely be back & trying additional treats!

Today was the first time trying this place and I can say it did not disappoint! The food was authentic and very flavorful. We got the fish tacos that we read great reviews for and they are bomb! The lengua tacos delicious as well! My favorite were the shrimp empanadas! A must try! I will definitely be returning. Delicious food, and fast friendly service! The only negative is, the salsa wasn’t spicy enough :(

This is a small spot in a strip mall next to Stater Bros. Nothing fancy, but clean with lots of tables. The food is alot like homemade. They have alot of seafood on the menu. The original La Bufadora is on the ocean in Ensenada, so seafood. I hear the nachos are bomb, but I love that they have papas tacos, or mashed potato tacos, like my abuelita used to make. The prices are not fast food cheap, but they do have specials during the week, including their famous fish tacos.

My wife and I were tired of the same old fish taco place and searched Unilocal for somewhere else to try. La Bufadora looked pretty good so we decided to try it. It was a Sunday afternoon and when we arrived the place was packed and there was a line of about 7 parties. I noticed right away that the clientele was diverse — there were lots of Latinos but also white and African-Americans. Interesting… The line moved slow somewhat because the cashier was very careful about getting the orders right — reading back everything plus she occasionally broke away from the register to take care of a small task or two in the kitchen. Anyways, I ordered a variety of stuff. We tried the Shrimp Cocktail, Fish Tacos, Ceviche Tostadas and Street Tacos with Pacifico Beer & Coke. The kitchen staff was blazingly quick with getting our entire order out! Everything was good. The salsa bar and broiled whole chili peppers along with other condiment bottles let us tweak the flavor and spiciness. Place is kept pretty clean and tables are cleared quickly. Price is a bit steep but to be fair, I did order a lot for two people because I wanted to sample as much as possible. We have been back in the evening on a followup visit and everything was fine plus it wasn’t crazy busy like the first time on a Sunday afternoon.

Stopped in here by accident about a year ago. Since then have been back 4 times. each time I feel like I am traveling back to Ensenada and enjoying the best fish tacos anywhere.(As far as I know I hold the record of 14 fish tacos in 1 sitting in Ensenada, so I know my way around a fish taco.) The fish tacos are huge and incredible. The shrimp tacos are also excellent. The shrimp burrito is great. Every thing I have tried has been excellent. The staff is excellent and takes pride in their work. The place is clean and brightly decorated and welcoming, not the usual taco shop décor. The salsa bar is unique and the green sauce is the best I have ever had. Come hungry and you will leave full and very happy.

I really wasn’t expecting much from this place, but I was quite surprised that it was actually pretty good. Now keep in mind, I just got a fish taco. I didn’t want to get too much just in case it was foul. I didn’t check out the restroom, so I can’t tell you how that was, but based on my single fish taco, I gave this place four snaps. Salsa bar is ok, not outstanding or anything. Hit up Chilitos in Riverside if you want to know a real salsa bar is done ;-) NOTE: The air was NOT on when I went and it was pretty warm(freakin’ hot) up in there. I don’t know if there’s no AC in there at all or if it broke down. Nevertheless, I wouldn’t have been able to have a meal inside of that hot restaurant.

I came here for the first time after I looked for places to eat. The place is really clean and they had great service. I has the chicken taquitos with sour cream and cheese the chicke tastes fresh and the taquitos over all taste home made. The horchata was good also, and the potato tacos looked good. My sister had a lengua taco and she liked it because it was not too fatty. I also tried the cheese fries but I didn’t care for them. The carne asada seem bland. I also did not like the salsa, it was not spicy at all and I just didn’t care for it. I would come back again if I’m in the area.

Good Mexican food, clean facility, a little slow & disorganized on the day I was there. I got the carne asada fries and my friend sprung for the chicken quesodilla. We very well may have been the only white people present in the crowded strip mall restaurant, so I shouldn’t have been so surprised when they called out our order in Espanol. The ordering line was all the way to the door(aka only 3 people long, since the restaurant layout isn’t very well thought out). I don’t know why it took the cashier so long to process orders, maybe she was new? It took at least 2 people to figure out how to process the Unilocal check-in deal. The horchata was good, but was almost gone by the time the food came out– it took so long! I liked the carne asada fries(most importantly, the meat was delicious), but my friend asked for no sour cream and was met with it anyways when she opened her box. Maybe an OK place, but nothing to write home about!
