The only thing that sucks about this Taco Bell is the wait when your in the drive thru and there’s like 4 cars ahead of you its literally an hour before you get your dam food they need to work faster or hire more people

This place doesnt even deserve a star. I love taco bell. But this location is terrible. Rude customer service, slow to take your order and slow to make your order. And you ask for specific things and they give you different things. I hate writing bad reviews. But this place deserves it. I gave them 5 chances. No more. NEVER RETURNING. Id rather drive to townes gate for better service and BETTER QUALITY (i know its taco bell). They are clean. Very kind, great managment and worth driving far for.

Slowest damn service. It doesn’t matter if the place is packed or if you are the lone customer, it still takes 15 — 20 minutes to get your order.
I try to avoid the drive-​thru because I do not want to get stuck if I decide I’ve waited long enough and leave.
Food is standard Taco Bell food which I prefer over Del Taco any day, regardless of the wait.

Awful drive thru set up, poor service and very slow. I have been here 3 time now as it is on the way home. I have officially given up on it. 1 person in the drive was nice and seemed to be the only person actually working. Young female Asian or Hispanic girl was busting butt. I feel bad for her and wish the mgt here would step it up. The site is clean enough but when service is bad it does not matter.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru just to order 2 tacos. It was not by choice either, I was stuck in between cars. On top of that, when we finally get to order, the first thing the lady tells us is that we have to wait another 15 if we order anything. They did try to make it up to us and gave us 2 extra tacos. That was kind if them.

This taco bell sucks! They have bad customer service. They didnt have breakfast till like two weeks after it came out. And they are very rude an example of this is the sign they put on the drive thru speaker that said «Please be ready to order at the speaker thank you» I felt rushed and I wanted to get out of the drive thru when I saw this sign and I bet other people felt the same way. I will never come back to this location again. Good thing I took a picture to prove it. Corp should take a look at it.

After church I needed some breakfast, I hadn’t been here in a while. Bean Burritos are good as usual and new flatbread shredded chicken cheese burrito was good but not much better than a TV dinner. Service was friendly but a bit on the slow side. However it is always good for filling your stomach. Prices are low and food is alright. I would actually give 2.5 star but Unilocal doesn’t let me yet. Not the best, and not the worst. I recommend having more staff at this location.

This place is what it’s advertised to be; a fast food place. One does not come to Taco Bell for their customer service nor for their speedy lines. You get what you pay just like any other fast food restaurant. As for the consistency in the food during my visits they have been on par. Yes, it’s the best quality but at least it’s the same each time I visit. They do have issues here at this location it’s just more noticeable when compare to other locations. This is the only Taco Bell on town and if you really want to drive 15 minutes south or north to the next closest location then go right ahead cause at the end it’s the same damn fast food quality

i was wrong to rate this 4 stars, seems like they were better 3 yrs. ago, probably have a different management maybe? i’d rather drive down to alessandro to get better service there, they still give me attitude when you ask for more sauce on the drive-​thru, or sometimes when they hand you your food, they close their window right away and pretend they dont hear you. — i aint leaving without my handful of sauce!

Customer service has gotten worse and worse here… when the manager looks straight at you and looks away to talk to an employee for another 5 minutes when its dead inside as well as the drive thru. clearly they dont need MY business
