Ordered chicken patty sandwich and got a chicken patty. Went back in through the drive-thru and the manager was super rude. Their service is shitty. They even got my smoothie wrong. I ordered a mango and got a strawberry one. No they didn’t get me a new one. Wouldn’t recommend!

Not a bad place, not a great place overall… They could use a dining room upgrade to get 4 stars considering its Burger King. Prices are good for the area, and food has always been fresh when ordered. Never had any issues with special requests either.

I went up to the counter to ask for a side of dipping sauce and their was know one at the register. Then I see a woman coming and she make direct eye contact and I say” excuse me.” And she turns around and walks away. Then finally the manager comes and I say five words to him about what had happen and he cutts me off and rudely keeps asking me what I want. The girls comes up and says that she was taking a order. Well this place you can hear the person in the car as they are giving the order. No she wasn’t! Then the manager agrees with her and I was like you where MIA??? This place had so many flies inside and it smelled horrible. I will not bring my family here ever again!!!

I ordered a whopper and french fries. The fries were barley warm. I asked the manager, hispanic about 40, to remake it. He asked why? I said they are cold. He got angry and reheated the fries in the hot oil. I asked for fresh FF. He said no. I said I want a refund even tho I had already taken a bite out of my whopper. He gave me a refund. All he had to do was give me hot food, You just made it didn’t you. Bus was slow but this place is always slow. I do like the whopper but it looks like I will be eating fewer of them and certainly not from this place.

The food is about what you would expect from fast food but maybe a little more sloppy. Hamburger buns were for some reason leaning towards burnt. The customer service on the other hand wad awful. The man working the register, Bilal, informed us that they were out of CO2 but we had other options including iced coffee and frappes. I asked if i would be charged more and he said yes and he thought it was fair. He later made rounds to wipe down the tables. He kindly wiped down the table that another group had just sat down at but left ours filthy and eVen avoided us.

To start off our frozen drinks were half watered down. When we drove off with our food we realized they never gave us our apple pie we ordered. We had to go back to go get it. We go back and they said they never charged us for an apple pie and they will need to charge us. So we bought it because my fiancé really wanted it. We get home and our fries are overcooked. Some of the fries have been burnt.

This place is really middle of the road for me. There’s nothing that stands out that’s particularly good or bad. The food is your average Burger King food. Kinda weak though that their double cheeseburger comes with only one slice of cheese, but that’s standard at all Burger Kinds, right? The cleanliness of the place is ok. Every time I come here, someone is cleaning or mopping the dining area. Unfortunately, the interior is so dated that despite the cleanliness, the chipped Formica table tops and chairs painstakingly carved with such poetic words as «Agony» give the place an overall sad & dirty feel. Not the worst place to have a meal, but not a place that I would have an overwhelming urge to go to either.

I never really leave this Burger King with a smile on my face. NOMILITARYDISCOUNT and it’s not the cleanest joint I’ve been in. I gave them an extra star for having a play area for the kids though. They won’t see me again for a while…

The food here is really good, it is like any other fast food joint so i judge it for what it is. I love the whopper so this place is a frequent stop for me. The restaurant is always fairly clean and i tend to go in when it is busy so there are some dirty table but never anything excessive. They upgraded there menu boards and got digital ones, its pretty nice.

FASTFOOD = FASTFOOD Nothing really special about it, but it hits the spot in a pinch. The last time that I was at BK, there was a really good deal on Chicken Sandwiches where you could get 2 for the price of one. I believe they offer some really good deals from time-to-time. FOODQUALITY Not as great as they make it seem in those commercials: p They throw it all together, and the lettuce is often wilted and sorry looking, but it still doesn’t taste«horrible.» CUSTOMERSERVICE Average at best. Since the employees are only being paid minimum wage, there is little incentive to provide top notch customer service. Sometimes I would get friendly service, other times I would not. A 50 – 50 chance of friendliness. OVERALL In comparison to other BKs that I have been to, this one is as average as you can get. Sometimes I have had a few curiosities as to how clean things were in there, but nothing that would prevent me from going back.
