IHOP

I ordered a spinach and mushroom omlette and my omlette only had spinach. My server was in no hurry to refill my water, bring my father’s pancakes, or inform me they had no mushrooms, until 10 minutes after our food arrived when he showed up. He seems like the type of guy to invite you to a party, then take you to church instead. I’m never coming back here again. The only other way my father could be insulted and me lied to, greater than this incident, is if my mother ended up being a cheating, lying whore. Next time I’ll go home and eat what I create after I squat over the toilet. At, least I’ll know what’s in it. The same name I call the service at this I hop.

Slowest staff, waitress came up after waiting 5 minutes and wrote out name down… It wasn’t that busy either.

Food was okay, the server was very good but the Supervisor needs some additional training. I think she doesn’t deserve that position because the servers are all better than her.

Awe the food was ok not great but ok. Our server sherri was amazing so super sweet. Had it not been for her and the rest of the friendly staff i would have only given 3 stars

Supervisor definitely needs training on customer service. Previously would be a faithful customer when Angie was here, she would offer the best service possible with a smile on her face and would make sure your needs were met. Now they have open tables and still make you wait in the lobby. Supervisor seems like she is lost and the employees take over. I do not recommend whatsoever. I rather drive to Menifee or Moreno Valley and get the right service.

I love coming here. Service is good. And food is good. I usually go at night because i work late –and they are 24÷7− service is definitly slower. But they only have one waiter so i cant be too hard on them. I usually get the cheeseburger. And it comes with fries and a pickle. I love it. They just need more then one waiter at night. Because sometimes i do feel forgotten.

Ive been here twice. at 3am for take out on my way home from work. both times the graveyard staff was wonderful. my food order was correct and hot and ready quickly. love the coffee and pancakes. oh ya, but butter pecan syrup.

Went here once got food poisoning and was over charged for my meal. Haven’t been back since.

I must admit, IHOP is not my go-​to place for any meal after breakfast. As a result, although the menu had some really interesting looking sandwiches, I went with what they are known for. Dani and I had waffles, while Lenita indulged her craving for pancakes.
The service was quick and efficient; we got drinks within five minutes. Daniyah colored happily while we made or choices. They dipped the ball on our entrées. I requested sausages, but got bacon, and Lenita’s potatoes were plain. When they brought the food, it was cool, almost cold. I think Dani liked her chicken, but then, that’s her favorite finger food.
Maybe I should have tried the spinach and roasted pepper sandwich after all.

This place does not have good customer service. The manager was our waitress and she would not accept my coupon on my phone that had been emailed to me from IHOP. There were no restrictions noted on the email that it had to be printed. Other locations have accepted it with no problems. I had a coupon for buy one meal get one free and that’s the only reason that I went there. She insisted that the rules were that it had to be printed out. If that is the rules they should be written down and not made up as they go. Most likely will not be visiting this IHOP for a long time if ever again. I work a few minutes away from this place but they won’t be getting my business and possibly not that of my co-​workers once the word is spread.

Came here because it was open 24 hours. It was very slow, another table inside with 1 server. Food was okay. Order a bunch of different deals, and the only thing I enjoyed was the stuffed French toast. Everything else was bleh. ill come back if I’m staving with nothing else open.

My strawberry crêpe was really good. My husband liked his spinach omelet. Surprisingly Sunday morning and there was no wait. The decaf coffee was pretty good.
But you have to request Splenda and napkins.

We came here for my sisters birthday. We went around 8:00am for breakfast. We waited a little while to be seated. Our server was not very friendly. She did get our orders out fast but she just had an attitude the whole time.

If your looking for a clean and classy breakfast, look no further. The staff is attentive, and happy. You can feel the buzz happening on a Sunday morning.

I would have rated this slightly lower because the wait was very long BUT we were provided with excellent customer service so it made up for the wait.
Me and 3 of my co workers came here after work for breakfast. We were seated and Carlos took our order. He was very friendly despite being rushed around the restaurant. He seemed to be the only waiter… they need some help.
After a long while of waiting we asked a employee how our order was coming along. She informed us that the kitchen was backed up and it wouldn’t be too much longer. She brought us 2 pitchers of soda in the meantime for the wait :)
The food finally came out, and as expected from IHOP it was delicious.
Overall it wasn’t such a bad experience, even if we were there for nearly two hours.

When i initially decided to write this review i thought, «hmm…maybe im being to harsh», but upon seeing the other reviews, I no longer feel that way.
I visited this ihop on Sunday ²⁄₂. I would like to mention that I had lived in this area 6 years once upon a time so I was familiar with the place. When I initially walked in I was greeted by Samantha. And i use the term «greeted», for lack of a better word. I was more so looked at and beckoned with her hand. She wanted to know how many were in my party. Since i was visiting old friends i didnt exactly know how many and i began to tell her that. Her response was «hmph» a roll of the eyes and she walked away. I sat down and was greeted by a 10x friendlier person by the name of Ashley, who placed my name on the list and waited till i had confirmation on the number of people. With no fuss might I add.
The food was great and the waitress was even better. She had a few tables with parties of more than 5 and she made sure to keep making her rounds. She kept my drink full and THAT is like the biggest thing with me! Definitely appreciated that.
Once it was time to leave I went to the front to pay and we had to have our checks split. There was Ashley there to help us but unfortunately she didnt know how to split them with gratuity. She called for Samantha to help her. She walked over and was very dismissive to Ashley. I felt bad for her bc when working in a team environment like that, you need to be able to call on your co workers. Ashley kept explaining that she was unfamiliar with the process and she finally got help from Samantha.
All in all the food was good, our waitress was good, they might just need a little help in the customer service department. Especially with the first person customers are introduced to.

I have been here many times with my family and this place is HOR-​RI-​BLE !!! On many occasions me and my family waited patiently while more than 4 others who had ordered after us were served 1^st.
The 1^st time this happened I simply walked out. The second time after giving it another chance I decided to speak with the manager. I had to threaten to contact corporate before she herself served our table and discounted 15% off our bill.
The service is below average and food not cooked the way you asked. I had to send food back multiple times. I will not be going to this IHOP again. I rather drive a further distance for better service at an IHOP rather than go to this location again.

This is probably the worst Ihop I have ever been to in my life. It’s usually empty and I kind of understand why.
The last time I went there they asked me and my husband if we could hurry up and pay because they were closing in an hour. Wow. This place is bad.
