Jack In the Box

A mediocre Jack in the box. Service was good but getting the food out took way to long with a full staff. There was four customers

Just ordered 2 tacos and it was cold asf and had too much sauce wtf. I know it’s fast food but damn don’t make it too fast smfh.

Came in today cuz I was heading home from work and was so hungry.
This jack in the box is very small and cozy, not too thrilled with the parking lot but the inside is clean, so that’s something.
Ordered a sourdough chicken club (minus bacon & sauce) with curly fries. The lady behind the register was very friendly. The wait for my food wasn’t long. My sourdough club came out perfect and tasted so good.
The only thing that sucked was my «curly» fries. There were two pieces that were actually curly and the rest were just bits and pieces that obviously came from the bottom of the fryer… gross. But I don’t typically eat French fries what with my sorta diet so I didn’t let this get to me that much, although it would have been nice to have some really good fresh fries since I so rarely eat them: p
Would probably return when the mood strikes, it’s a decent jack in the box and convenient.

I’m satisfied with the food and service from this place. They get my order right, it tastes good, and they always treat me with courtesy. I think they shaped up because a couple years back, I wasn’t happy with the food. But now, quality is a lot better. Drive through is prompt and accurate. It’s a nice place off the freeway too, if you travel along the 215.

I’m a stickler for customer service so I must comment on this jnb. Went here last night around 145am and the person working the drive-​thru, looked to be a manager, had ABOVE average customer service for this time of night and for this line of work because many fast food workers are rude as if it’s ok. Everything from the way he answered the speaker to the way he handed me my order and said goodbye was great. The service was fast and he was alert and on his J O B at the window… I loved it!

The guy that was working there was top notch. Good customer service. order was quick and correct.

There is no mint oreo shakes at 5:55!!! This is preposterous!!!
