Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The waitress refused to speak English to me because she thought I was pretending not to speak Spanish. Who does that? Seriously? Just because my skin is brown does not mean I speak Spanish. Furthermore, I was visibly unable to comprehend anything she was saying by asking my friend to translate everything she was saying. I knew she spoke English because she answered the phone and spoke fluent English. Also, if you are not a man, expect your wait time to be doubled. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks, 15 minutes to take our orders, 45 minutes to get our food, and 20 minutes to get our check – they only had one other table full of men and the waitresses spent most of their time there. The food was OK. I think the customer service impacting my taste buds. I ordered the shrimp enchiladas and I wasn’t even done with my food when the waitress took my plate. This place is a joke. Needs new management. I hope they enjoyed our $ 45 bill in all coins. To the point: Horrible customer service Overpriced for poor quality care Food is OK Long wait times Make sure you have male genitalia to ensure fast and respectful service

Food was good but the service ruined the quality. Waitress was rude and she was just rushing everything with only 3 tables were fill and 1 of the tables being her 2 drunk friends who she would be spending time with. Overall, service ruined the experience.

Service was horrible, food was not good I ordered fajitas and they served me five little pieces of chicken like for one taco and some lettuce and tomatoes. I told them about it and they were very rude to me. NEVERCOMINGBACK

Horrible service! The waitress are unprofessional. We were sitting for 1 hour without the waitress checking in. The place wasnt even full. Had 2 beers and left. Do not recomend it. Other than that the chips were good.

Very good Mexican Seafood. The cocktail was so good. The shrimp and fish tacos were fried perfectly. The salsa tasted fresh and the chips were perfect. The michelada was on the lime side more than the spicy side and I liked it that way. Prices are average for seafood. The service is mediocre. Only one waitress for the whole place. The food will bring me back. I rated 4 stars because of the service and I’m not a fan of shrimp that isn’t peeled with heads on them. Many of the items on the menu had that type of shrimp.

Service at this location, Las Nuevas Islas is mediocre. Servers do not seem to care watsover about customer service. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive, albeit the restaurant was a little less than half full. Once our food arrived we had obviously already finished our soft drinks, and never were we offered a refill. In terms of the food, it was bland to say the least. As another user has mentioned, the beans taste like they are straight from a can– watered down. I truly believe there are so many more options right next door and across the street than this location. Please be warned and save yourself the headache of coming to this location, you will be dissapointed. The only good thing is that they have live music here. I definitely will not be giving this location a second chance, ever.

Their food is great! The tacos gobernador and the shrimp tostadas are delectable. The service could be better. I notice the waitresses tend to gravitate more to the males. Paying more attention to them and such. It always takes us some time for the waitresses to give is our check.

I’ve been to this location on three occasions and the third was probaly the worst… me and a colleague had the oyster platter which looked delicious. we finished our meal and paid the nice waitress and left the establishment. Now let me tell you if I would of known that their is a warning to eating oysters I would have never touched a single one ! I literally cheated death, I was in bed sick with food poisoning for three days this was probaly the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had I thought I was going to throw up my large intestine. That is the reason for the one star* I wish this place would have more precautions to handling and preparing their food, I do not wish bad oyster sickness on anybody, not even an enemy of mine

If you want to get your mind blown, order the langostinos! WOW they’re amazing. The micheladas are good and the aguachile as well. The shrimp cocktail is OK, the place across the street has better ones but I never go there anymore because my craving for langostinos calls me to this place constantly. trust me you won’t be disappointed. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because it’s sometime muggy in there. they don’t always have the air on, but honestly I’d sit in a sauna if it meant having these delicious lagostinos!

Prices aren’t too bad. The Micheladas were super bomb. Coming back for sure.

If your looking for good service and good food. Please don’t stop here. It is a waste of your time and money. The service was absolutely horrible, we had a hair in our food and i can see why. None of the servers or cooks have there hair up properly. The shrimp were only boiled and then put on your plate with sauce. No one devined them so all the shit(literally) that the shrimp had was still in them, gross!!! We were never asked if we needed anything and repeatedly had to ask for our check just so we could get out of the awful place. We waited a half hour and nothing, we had to go up to the counter to get our check. This place is completely disgusting. Don’t waste your time unless you want to go to a restaurant where it seems like everything was done last minute, the beans are canned, the rice is dry, you get hair in your food and your never offered a refill.

Being a foodie, I come from a family of well established foodies. So when they make a recommendation, I take it seriously. One had suggested I try this seafood place out, and so I did. I made the trip to Perris during a weekday in the evening. Being a small, quiet town, parking was easy and not a hassle. The restaurant easy to locate. Once we entered, there was no one at the front or anyone to direct use. After approaching the cash register, they simply said«pick a place to sit», and so we did. They gave us drinks and menus quite promptly, along with chips and salsa(which was a bit spicy, so good start). We placed our orders, and waited. And waited. And waited some more. We though that a large party of 15 people was taking up some of the cook’s time(there was just 1 cook and 2 servers), so we waited. And waited. After 45 minutes, I approached the waitress and said I’d pay for my drinks and leave. She said«the tacos are already being made, can you wait 5 minutes?» Given my time commitment thus far, 5 minutes was easy. 10 minutes later, they brought out the food. The food itself was forgettable and not special. Certainly not worth the 1 hour wait, or even 30 minute wait if it came to that. They barely served cabbage, tomato, and onion with the tacos, as if they were rationing out each veggie. The quality of the meat itself was mediocre at best, if they put salt and pepper as seasoning, that would be a stretch. After all was done, the least I expected was having the drinks be free, or a taco or two free. Nope. Had to pay $ 30 for 5 tacos and 2 tostadas and 1 hour of my life that will never be recovered. Disappointing doesn’t even begin to describe my feelings. I would certainly not go here ever again. I would prefer to try the seafood restaurant across the street which I see has garnered good reviews.

This place is great. You have to try the Langostinos. The best I’ve had anywhere. There is live music on the weekends.
