I loved the pastor tacos. One of the best tacos I’ve had. Hard to choose between theirs and TJ Tacos. Totes recommend to others. ^~*

Taste was only worth a three star rating, and while I was looking at the menu I noticed that it may be intimidating for someone who does not read Spanish most of the items where in Spanish so it would be difficult for someone who is not, fluent in Spanish to know what kind of items exactly they have. Also I was disappointed that I ordered a Quesadilla with meat and when I asked for sour cream they said they do not carry sour cream? How could a Mexican place not carry sour cream? I don’t know about anyone else but I like sour cream on my quesadilla and crunchy tacos. Bit the best place to eat Tacos but not much around the area that I can say has good Mexican Food.

Went for dinner tonight, surprised for a Friday night they were not too busy(the line is usually to the door when you enter) One of my personal favorites around town. Parking is sparse in the main lot but if you go to the side lot you are usually ok. Once you walk in you aren’t really greeted by anything inviting and may actually be confused at first which most are… You walk straight towards the front right side of the restaurant where there is usually a line forming right up near the spit with the Fresh Adobada always on tap! They usually speak spanish as the area clientele is such but trust in that they understand when you order in English do not be timid ;) It is quite loud as there are usually about 3 cooks at the window and always a kind lady pounding out fresh maza for fresh tortillas! $ 1 tacos + tax, but some of the best tacos I promise you Unilocalers, at that they are extremely authentic as said from the Adobada to the Carnitas, to the Buche and Cabeza or Tripas… Super clean, and grilled to crispy perfection,(you must ask for the meat to be regrilled for the tacos but they will kindly do so) After you place your order, you patiently wait for them to make it then they hand it to you and you continue on down the line. The aguas frescas selection is off the hook as well, always grab me some of the Melon drink, I am not too fond of their Horchata it is a beet sweet. After you pass the juice bar the line snakes to the cash register where you pay and select your drinks(they have canned and bottled sodas as well no beer) After you pay you finally land at the Salsa bar which is constantly stocked,(Maybe a bit messy sometimes) but seriously, with any kind of salsa and condiments you could imagine; The Habanero Salsa is always there, always potent and always delicious with a hint of garlic I swear so the heat is tasty :) As well, the Guac, oh man, Zesty and delicious for that taco(Yes, who would have thought a salsa bar with UNLIMITEDGUAC, GOCALIFORNIA!!) Stop by when you have the chance, 4 stars because sometimes the food isn’t always perfect sometimes rushed but you just gotta catch on on their usual good day when they are putting out deliciousness 1 plate at a time :)

Stopped in for a authentic Mexican burrito. Having passed this place many times I figured it was about time to give it a try. First of all the place is way to loud inside. The workers are yelling and chopping right on the restaurant floor. I swear they have been running a juicer for 10 mins at least. There is no music so I’m drowned in everyone’s conversation. Second I felt super rushed ordering. Guy barely acknowledge my order and seemed like he didn’t really care. Third the burrito was ok. Average I think, and the meat taste and looked like it had been sitting in the air for too long; like you know when it’s dark and overly crunchy. Tried a aqua Fresca limon cucumber drink taste decent just a little too sweet. I would return for the Fresca limon but that’s it.

A strange place, lots of people drive quite a distance to check it out. I imagine their massive billboard on the freeway had something to do with it. Food is OK, nothing special for the area. If you haven’t had authentic Mexican, you may even think it good. It’s a little grubby, the outside area can get downright nasty on a busy Friday/weekend.

Went once to get menudo and hominy. I called before going. When I showed and waited 15 minutes only for them to tell me they don’t have hominy. Went the second and last time to get a chorizo burrito with papas. The potato was straight raw. Pissed me off to start the day like that. Never going again

Cheap fast and so good LOL! Authentic meats and sides all at 99cents a taco. Lots of other options like tort as burritos and salads. The Mexican Aguas frescas are delicious and pair well with the food. Easily a go to place.

My favorite place for tacos. 99 cents everyday so you don’t have to wait for taco Tuesday. They make their tortillas right in front of you for the tacos. The best part about this place is the agua fresca. Seriously the watermelon one is amazing. I love it. It’s so so good. The salsa bar is probably the best one I’ve ever been too. So much variety. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the fact that sometimes the meat gets dry when its slow because its been sitting, but even then its not bad. Sometimes the tables take a while to get cleaned.

Third time here– they have at least 8 types of tacos for .99 and another 6 or 8 for 1.49. Very close to TJ tacos but they are small, and the salsas aren’t the best. However they are well worth the price and service is real fast. The strawberry and banana agua Fresca is the best I’ve had… A must try! The place is less than a half mile from the 215 freeway(in Perris about 15 miles or so past temecula) so it’s a convenient stop for a quick bite to eat. Gonna try the quesadillas next!

Sadly the star is not about the food but about their customer service. I left with out my two Aguas frescas and I attempted to call their number which was not picked up and their voicemail was full so I couldn’t leave a message… When I attempted to go in and tell them, the lady at the register said«I wasn’t here yesterday so I don’t know come back when that lady is working«first things

Ordered asada & lengua tacos to-go, as well as 3 large agua frescas, cucumber, strawberry and pineapple. The tortillas were handmade with old masa, «aceda». They had a horrible stench! The aguas had that«2 day old«taste! As if the ones they don’t sell the day before are just sold the next day or mixed with a semi-new batch. The red flag for me should have been when I saw some coworkers eating in the back and then coming to the meat station with their mouths full, ready to prepare our tacos… they don’t care about their jobs, their health nor of their customers. Don’t know how they were able to open another spot in Moreno Valley. Maybe some people don’t mind eating COMIDAACEDA!

We drove all the way here(21 miles) coz my daughter fell in love with their adobada. Food is good for the price. We loved the adobada tacos, the Melon Agua Fresca was good. The lengua was ok, not too tasty. The tripas had a little bitter aftertaste unlike the ones I usually order at other mexican restos. Burrito was pretty big but had too much rice — Carne asada meat tastes pretty good. Next time I’d like to try their menudo and adobada burrito. The staff are really nice, the place is clean, there’s a lot of choices for condiments.

I came back to the Inland Empire to visit some of my friends in the area. My three friends all spoke Spanish so they had to do the ordering for me. Perris is a very Spanish community so it was just easier for my friends to order for me instead of me trying to poke the language barrier. It’s also a plus when the line is REALLY long because it shows that the place is really good. The line was also moving fairly quickly :) You go to the right side and order your food, and as you move along they make your food for you. And you take your food, go along the Aguas Frescas line to either order your drink or to pay. :) TACOS&TORTAS: They have seven different types of 99 cent tacos and about nine different types of 1.49 tacos. The 99 cent tacos are bang for your buck. I had one of each of the 99 cent tacos except for the chicken. They were all pretty good, except for the pork skin one,(forgot the spanish name). It seemed a little cold to me and it was The Tortas are a bit smaller than normal Tortas I’ve seen, also my friends said that it was«Just, okay.» SALSABAR: oooooooohhhh, REALGUACAMOLE. Three different types!!! And other spicy salsa levels! AGUASFRESCAS: There are seven or eight different aqua frescas. I have an unhealthy obsession with Horchata. I grew up in a spanish community and I was constantly drinking this heaven sent rice-cinnamon drink, so I KNOWWW my Horchata!!! :P My friend and I split the 32 ounce Horchata for $ 3.79, and I should NOT have split it! LOL. It was good! The only thing that it was lacking was more cinnamon, which I think was at the bottom of the barrel. It was very refreshing and they don’t jip you by putting a ton of ice either! SEATING: Plenty of seats and tables outside underneath shade! Inside is a bit humid especially which is a given when you’re in the Inland Empire and in a blasting hot kitchen.

This place is a diamond in the rough! They prepare your food right in front of you. Its fresh, the menu is huge, the salsa bar is off the hook! All the flavors of agua fresca you want. If you you are ever in or near Perri’s make the stop, you won’t be disappointed.

The only things going for this place are the«aguas frescas»(fresh fruit water) and the music that they play at their establishment. Go somewhere else if you want good tacos. Their tacos are cold and they have the vents blasting cold air which only make your tacos even colder, by the time you get to your table you got some disgusting tacos. The adobada meat is nasty and old tasting. They used to serve delicious tacos here not so long ago… don’t know what happened but it’s not working.

This is hands down my favorite place to eat, EVER! I have had hundreds of different tacos, burritos etc all over the world, but here the food just beats any and every thing! Why are they in Perris? Why are there not millions of reviews of this for once truly hidden gem? There line was super long, about 20 people deep, I was the only non Mexican and pretty much the only one who spoke english, no matter I know my food and can point. The pastor is really a dream, spit roasted, huge, so damn flavorful, it’s insane really. We had quesadillas, tacos, burritos, queso fundito which was a highlight and it was so good we bought a pound of meat to go for dinner and I STILL wanted more! Prices are great, portions large, service super fast in taking care of the huge crowds and the salsa bar endless. There are 3 different kinds of guac alone, yes 3, yes its FREE, red sauces, green sauces, grilled veggies, pickled veggies, pico, it goes on and on and on and its all amazingly good and yes I packed a ton of that up to go too. Beyond sad that there is nothing else in Perris or the entire area worth going to other than this place, it will have to be a constant stop every time I go to San Diego, though it’s also worth the hour+ drive from home just to eat here, next time bringing home more than a pound of meat for later!
