I’m not sure why the reviews for this place are so bad. This is the fastest Starbucks drive thru in the area. It’s the ONLY one I’ll go to on my way to work. I’m always able to get my coffee quickly and get on my way. My one complaint is that the drinks are often lukewarm. I have to microwave my coffee when I get to work. That’s kind of a bummer. Great service in the drive thru, but please make the drinks hotter.

I’m guna make this one short and simple. I love coffee, I go to Starbucks all the time and this is the worst Starbucks. I feel like most Starbucks are the same but this one just can’t get it right. Every time I go here my drinks are terrible. I will not be going back. I am only giving 1 star because usually the employees are nice so I guess I’ll give them that.

Going on my complaining-mode for this review: Man this place looks pretty decent but everything is pretty unorganized. At every Starbucks I’ve been, there is always a worker at the cashier or if a customer enters, the worker comes over to get their order. HOWEVER, at this location, there was a good 5 minute wait for a worker to get on over to the damn counter. It was not like it was an early morning rush either(I got there like 2pm). It’s the middle of January and it’s freezing but they have this fan /AC unit thing above the door that is really loud and unnecessary. Just turn it on during the summer, geez. But other than that, free Wi-fi(and pretty fast compared to other Starbucks), not crowded, clean store, and wireless charging(which I tried for the very first time here).

Ordered a drink thru the Starbucks App at 553PM(App says 9mins max), I get to the store & wait. & wait. by 608PM I finally ask for my pre-ordered drink & it hasn’t even been made yet. Nobody touched it. What I ordered: GRANDEGREENTEAFRAPPUCCINO W/SOY +1SHOT LIGHTMOCHADRIZZLE Drink 1, no mocha drizzle. They remake it, I said«LIGHT» Replacement Drink #2 no shot of Espresso followed by Barista:“You want to add espresso to this?“ Me: «Yes, it’s what I ordered & was charged for.» Barista: «You didn’t tell me, you just said Soy» Me: «You didn’t ask me, you elected to remake, it should be on the order I placed, where is it?» Replacement Drink #3 Extremely light mocha drizzle & I ask to verify w/Soy, +1 shot Never coming back to this Starbucks. Drinks are already priced so high for them to be made incorrectly multiple times. No efficiency. I’d say I finally got out of there at 618PM. 25 mins for a drink ordered at 553PM. I should have just saved my time & asked for a refund.

There isn’t enough seating and to top it off the employees are unprofessional! They are making drinks for employees off duty here as customers in front of us, the employees off duty here as customers are throwing a ball around the store, they had a baby behind the counter that customers could see. I overall am unsettled as a customer. And that’s saying a lot being that I frequent Starbucks. WAYUNPROFESSIONAL.

Stopped going here after having to wait a long time even when its not busy… Staff hasn’t been too friendly the majority of past walk-in visits either! I’ve resorted to buying gourmet coffee and brewing fresh-ground at home. Saving $$$ and enjoying better coffee overall now! Forget«convenience» if the experience isn’t worth it!

Moving into this new area and having been to many starbucks in the US this place is pretty good, first time I went through the drive thru on my way to work and it moved pretty quickly, my coffee was made with excellence and I even got a free seasonal drink. it’s not located in the best area because its a bit solitary and tight spaced however the city is growing and Im sure things will work for the better. No complaints here!

Ordered a venti mocha frap… I ended up getting a grande… wtf…I paid for a Venti… I was sleep deprived. …I work 12 hr shifts and drive 2 hrs in traffic. .so I didn’t notice the size of my frap till I was on the freeway… no way will I use this Starbucks again… you might as well drive down to the one Off of Lasselle and Iris… they have a faster turn around… parking lot is huge… but doesn’t have a drive thru. Just be aware of what is handed to you and make sure they do not over charge you… convenience isn’t always better…

I waited for what seemed like 10 minutes for coffee that tasted old. And not how I ordered it. I always go to a different Starbucks but this was a bit closer to my work. I won’t come here again, I’d rather drive a bit longer for the girls who do it correctly!

With out a doubt the worst Sbux location I have ever been to. I come here only because it’s conveniently close to my house, so basically because I HAVE to. I order the same thing every time(iced Americano w/soy and caramel drizzle) Tell me why they’re always trying to charge me 6 bucks for a macchiato when I know my drink is $ 3.25? «I ordered an Americano not Macchiato» *Barista is disgusted and rolls eyes* I cringe every time I place my order. Something about it is too confusing for them. My drink always tastes burned and they act as if the caramel comes out of their paychecks. Why do they hate their customers so much? Every time I resentfully drink down my plastic cup of pure hatred because I find myself unable to function without my expresso. –The drive through will take forever, so don’t stop here if you have somewhere to be. –Don’t order a drink that’s not on the menu selection. –Don’t expect employees to be nice to you. –DO avoid eye contact and drive away as fast as possible.

This Starbucks location seems to be out of everything all of the time! I have stopped by early morning, mid afternoon, and in the evening on different occasions and it’s always the same story. I ask for basic drinks too, like the caramel machiato, or when I’m feeling fancy a s’mores frap. It’s always oh where out of soy milk, or we don’t have anymore cups lol just kidding about the cups but it pretty much feels like this. Get it together! Order more so you guys don’t run out as fast. I want to come here more often due to how conveniently close it is to my home but if they keep running out of supplies quickly, guess I’ll have to go to the iris location which is all good except no drive thru lol

Are there new baristas here? The quality has gone down. The Cinnabon Roll frapp I got here tasted like a caramel frapp with cinnamon sprinkled on. I’ve tasted better elsewhere. I’ll go to another location.

Every time I order my iced coffee with soy milk they mess up and put creamer. I know the difference in the look and taste of the drink I drink one probably 4 times a week at least. The first couple times they got it wrong I had waited so long in the drive thru line I just drank it. Finally the last time I went again I asked for the same thing hoping they get it right this time but nope so I told the guy I wanted soy instead of creamer. Then the lady who made it came to the window and said«I did use soy we gotta keep this drive thru line moving» I asked for my money back and haven’t been back since

Let me begin by saying that I’m a frequent at Starbucks and even earned my gold card with them. Love Starbucks, but this Starbucks store needs a lot of improvement with a couple things. 1. The drive thru in the mornings is super slow. 2. Very disappointing when it’s finally your turn to order your coffee, in the drive thru, only to be told they are out of certain coffees or menu times. Today I was told they ran out of soy milk and when I asked for non fat milk they said they were out of that too. 3. A couple days ago I ordered a green tea latte and when I pulled up to the window to pay and receive my drink I was asked by the employee«what was your drink again?» Really? I’ve never ran into these issues at other Starbucks locations, other than the long wait drive thru lines(which is common). What’s the issue that Starbucks actually runs out of milk so early morning? Or menu items? C’mon Starbucks you’re better than this!

On our way home from Hemet a few weeks ago, we ducked in here for a little caffeine to help us with the drive home. In truth, it was nothing special… The uniformity of Starbucks’ menu across their franchise chain means that for the most part, your cinnamon dolce latte is going to be the same here as it is just about anyplace else. One word of caution: people driving on Ramona expressway DGAF if you were pulling out of the driveway. The speed and accuracy of their front bumpers is not to be underestimated. proceed with caution as you exit.
