This D&D is fast but they can be quite rude! It’s sad but even the manager! It’s a coffee shop so if your not a morning person don’t work at a coffee place! The food is average and not consistent.

I agree with Jackie here. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. The staff is friendly only about half the time. But my biggest complaint is that they are always running out of certain Donuts. I will drive through at 10am on a weekday or later on a weekend and they will be out of my favorite donut. Every time. They’re a donut shop!!! Why not make sure you have Donuts there? It’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your time driving through. I live right near there so it’s very annoying I have to drive over to the location on Bel Air road. I have a positive review to write for that location next. There you will get good service and it’s a very clean store. Most of all, they don’t run out of Donuts!!!

This is possibly the worst dunkin donuts location in the world. It’s a shame because it’s proximity to honey go village should really entice the owner to work hard to keep consumers happy. 1. I should never see your employees underwear while I am waiting for a breakfast sandwich that he is making. I can tell you have a dress code. Why not enforce it? Dirty looking unkempt employees make new think your food is dirty. 2. No one should ever say, «what you want?» When I step up to the counter. I expect better, you should too. 3. It should never take ten minutes to get a coffee. Period. 4. And most importantly, a little courtesy goes a long way. «Hi good morning»… also, tell your employees that saying good morning with a flat inflection doesn’t make me want to have a good morning. Say it like you mean it or skip it altogether. Why is this too much to ask?
