Glad to find something open late in a small town and it seems people are real chill here and the food is great.

This restaurant is clean, cheerful, with good food. we had the meal deal for 2, where you get salad, and an entrée for $ 20. We had riblets and quesada hamburgers. Both excellent. Only complaint was a dirty washroom. The garbage was overflowing and needed to be cleaned.

This place is just horrible. Sat at bar to have dinner and drinks. Food we received did not look anything like the picture on the menu. They didn’t put half the items in the plate. Poor bartender was so over her head in orders. She just couldn’t handle the job. From what we gathered the manager did not help at all. It may be close to your hotel but that may be the only plus… worse service ever. I would definitely skip this.

It is a rare thing for me to write a review on a chain restaurant, but this place deserves a little love. I arrived during happy hour for drink specials and ½ off appetizers. I ended up staying for two hours… and it wasn’t the Margaritas that kept me there. The Grilled Chicken Wonton Tacos were crisp, delicious and refreshing with Asian Slaw and a squeeze of lime. Spinach & Artichoke Dip was as expected, but you really can never go wrong with that. French Onion Soup was steaming hot, unctuous and sinfully cheesy. The Green Goddess Wedge Salad was a thing of beauty, with blue cheese crumbles and bacon. Even the Riblet Basket rivaled some of the better BBQ I’ve had at Georgia cook-offs. Even the fries were scrumptious. Hot, crispy and simply seasoned with salt and pepper. Unfortunately, no room for dessert. However, it wasn’t missed because our server Nikki was sweeter than anything the menu could have offered. She was attentive, informed and very welcoming. I’ll probably eat there again tomorrow just so I can see her. She’s THAT good. This is a great place to stop if you find yourself hauling ass down I-75. Exit 136

I don’t know what happened — manager change or whatever or we just were lucky to begin with — but this Applebee’s is no longer what it was when I wrote my earlier review. We’ve tried it 4 – 5 times since, and the food has been mediocre(or worse… usually worse… including a «well done» steak that was sitting in a puddle of blood on the plate when they brought it out) every time recently, and the service has been slow and bad, and no one, including the manager, seemed to care that it was. The margaritas were horrid, too. We’ve stopped going and won’t be back to this one.

Would not go to restaurant… Management is bad and roaches are throughout the restaurant… I heard that new management was coming in and hopefully they straighten up the place… This restaurant does not need to still be standing. I vote zero stars.

I’m gonna give this place five stars because I’ve been here three times now and the food was exactly what I expected. I’ve ordered three different dishes and all were excellent. Their cooks are doing a exceptional job. The Service has been well above average and to Say it’s been pretty awesome as well would be very accurate. I’m staying at the holiday inn right across from this Applebee’s But this is a excellent Applebee’s. Real friendly staff and well prepared food. I’ve met the manager twice and he’s very conscientious of how this Applebee’s is run and looking for improvements and listening to customers. If your a single guy n like BBQ. Check out Brad one block down. Exceptional BBQ. But this is Applebee’s.

Let me start by saying my expectations of Applebee’s are pretty low but this place didn’t even met those expectations. First and for most they were out of so many items in the menu. 2 items my dad ordered were out. How does this happen??? I know they could have been extremely busy but still. The burger I had was under the warmer in the back for a bit as my food came out maybe 8 – 10 mins after my parents. I had to go find someone to see where food was. The bread was soggy and my fries were cool. I ate maybe a quarter of it. The service was terrible. The server waited at the table for me to sign my credit card slip. She didn’t even try to strike up a conversation, she just stood there. How awkward and extremely rude. UGHHH Applebee’s you proved once again what dump you really are.

Incredibly slow service, incorrect bill, and management that made excuses and blamed the server. Unfortunately, this restaurant does not appear to be improving in any variety. It would probably be best if corporate came in to help address their challenges.

Any fan of the old comedy show segment Lowered Expectations should feel right at home here. I ordered a Green Goddess Wedge Salad and Garlic Roasted Sirloin. Different pages, different prices. Which was also a cheapo special with reduced portions and price, which was what I received. I protested, they took it back, brought back salad(which needed extra dressing). Then brought back the same steak(15 minutes later but still warm, so now it’s medium instead of rare) plus another steak that WAS rare. The creamed spinach stuffed portobello mushroom was a few steamed spinach leaves tossed on a portobello with a yellowish sauce about one inch in diameter. A work in progress perhaps?

The waiter got our appetizer order wrong, which meant we had to wait while they made a new order. We had empty glasses for significant amounts of time. The pasta was dry with barely any sauce on it. To the manager’s credit, she did discount the price of our bill for the troubles, thus the 3 stars, but I would have rather had it right to start with.
