The exhaust in the bathroom is garbage. So after a hot shower expect your floor to remain wet. And no laundry mat on site? No laundry in town either so i would think they would have one here like other hamptons do. Might wanna consider other locations if possible.

This Hampton was newly renovated in 2014 and its nice. Rooms are large and fairly clean. They skimped on some of the renovations and quality. The eating area was very nice. Usually we get offered complimentary bottles of water and breakfast to go in a bag. Not this one. The lady at the front desk gave us two bottles of water but definitely wasn’t happy about it. The hotel Is a little pricier than the others. We will look for another hotel or next time through.

The room here was adequate. The breakfast bar was also great with such a variety, although the eggs weren’t too good. Great to have a break on our way to Tampa.

They are doing a major remodeling and it’s a mess. Stay away until this is completed.

Not quite up to Hampton Inn standards based upon substandard breakfast bar. The eggs in particular were atrocious. No hot cereal. Limited fruit, pastries etc. otherwise, up to Hampton standards.

This was our first stay in Perry and the Hampton inn was just what we wanted. It is a lil more pricey than some others but the cleanliness, security, and room were worth it, not to mention Piper, the front desk girl, was GREAT and even suggested great local dinner spots(see Rustys downtown grill and bar). It is only a minute from the highway and many local eateries and chain restaurants. AAA discount knocked 10 percent off room by my calculations. Would definitely stop here again!

Not worth it. There are other hotels within WALKING distance. Go to a different one. Most places give you a deal on the price of the room if it’s 3am and there is probably no one else coming to fill it. Not the Perry Hampton Inn. Full price for a room for two people is going to be between $ 60 and $ 70, right? I mean, that’s how much every other hotel along the highway was, and it’s not like Perry is a big tourist spot. Nope. The room was $ 93 and check out time was non-negotiable. My husband asked if they gave a AAA discount. The counter guy said that he had already given us that discount. The price would have been $ 95 without the discount. Really? The AAA discount is $ 2 on a $ 95 room? The guy at the counter wasn’t a ray of sunshine either. Never made eye contact, never fluctuated the tone of his voice. It was hard to tell if he was apathetic or making fun of us. Either way, we were a burden on this guy. He also charged us for the room before we had committed to staying. At 3am, it’s not hard convince a couple to just give up by saying that you’ve already begun the transaction. Whatever, we’ll take the room. And the room was… meh. It was clean by small and hot. The AC just couldn’t muster enough power to bring the room back down to a comfortable temperature. It reminded me of the $ 30 rooms that people used to rent for parties when I was in college. BOO, Hampton Inn of Perry, GA! BOOO! You were the only unpleasant experience of a ten day road trip.
