I could not believe that the place was awful .
I ordered my steak well and they brought me one that was so rare I thought the cow just was shot and running for its
girlfriends dish was greasy and the bread was dropped on the floor. doubt we will go back.

Great service and wonderful dinner. Steaks cooked exactly as we ordered. Liked our variety of sides to choose from. Service fast and our server Chris was awesome. Very attentive. The restaurant was packed and busy too Highly recommend!

After a long travel day, a welcome respite… Service and food excellent… Atmosphere family friendly

I’m only giving one star because zero is not an option. The food can be good, but the service is bad and management is even worse.

I travel both west coast and east coast. This location is by far my favorite. The managent and staff are always personal and courteous. The food is great and hot. I would highly recommend putting this restaurant on your list of places to eat whether just passing through Perry, Ga. or staying overnight.

The service has always been real good. The food is amazing. Every month or so they bring in new special dished. These Give the menu a flexible that ever visit is like your coming to a new restaurant with a familiar feel.

Food was great and if I could give 4 stars for food I would! but as others had said the service was horrible. We came in about 5:00 on a Saturday night with a party of 13. Obviously with that many people I would expect a little longer time to serve us. Waitress came and got our drink orders. One of our guests made sure to ask the waitress if we should split checks now. Waitress replied, «it won’t be a big deal as long as yall don’t play musical chairs». Well just so you know at the end of the meal she now decides to split checks despite no one moving throughout the meal just to have the checks messed up anyway. Despite our checks being messed up, we were not served any bread at all until someone at the table asked for it (about 45 min after being at our table). The waitress said «oh yes I was just going to get that.» Our drinks came out all at different times with one guest waiting 15 min to get a diet coke despite reminding her several times to bring it. Another guest had ordered a salad and everyone else for there’s but she did not. When reminding the waitress about it, she states, «I’m going to get it right now» and instead fills up other tables drinks and about 10 minutes later her salad comes out. Numerous empty classes and empty plates sat on the table and had we not asked them to be taken away they never would have left the table. Finally at the end of the meal when it was time to pay, she informs us with «I had 7 tables when yall arrived so I’m sorry I was so crazy when you got here.» I understand being busy; however, informing your table prior that things may be slow as they are busy or maybe even ask a manager for help would have helped you. Instead offering a last minute plea to possibly get a decent tip is not my idea of decent dining. Luckily we had great company or this could have been an awful night! 2 hours later dinner ended!

We got in the Restaurant just before the Florida Gator Swim team showed up to do battle the Bulldogs the next day. Luckily we got our order in before they showed. I had the double pork chops with sweet tater and fries, the wife had a Sirloin with salad. Both of us were hoping the Flat Iron steaks were still on the menu but none were to be seen. I had more than enough to eat though and some went home with us. Waitress was attentive even when service was needed for the 60 Gator swimmers.

Food was great but service was horrible. Drinks went empty several times. Food took a long time to come out. I was also a little disappointed that the health score was an 87. I love Longhorns near my own home and this one just didn’t meet my expectations. Food was not very hot either like it had been sitting in back for a while. Also manager was talking really loud across the restaurant to other workers which I found very rude and unprofessional. Wish we would of went to Red Lobster instead

I ordered the grilled chicken broccoli and baked potato and it was delicious. My husband ordered the renegade sirloin steak. His steak was over cooked dry tough and chewy. He couldn’t eat it. They were good about taking it off our bill but he missed out on a steak he was looking forward to all day.

Good food, but pretty expensive for the area if you’re not careful what you order. Service wasn’t the fastest in the world but was fast enough and friendly. You don’t really go into a Longhorn for «fast» food anyway. Their bacon mac & cheese is awesome. We’ve been in several times and will be back.

When we walked in half of the restaurant was empty, yet it took 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order.
BLT salad was excellent!!!
When asked for soda refill, a waitress brought a cup filled with soda and poured it into each one of our cups. Yes!!! This really happened.
Side of mashed potatoes that came with our order was cold… Asked for a new one, they decided to heat up old potatoes!

This is probably the tenth different longhorn I have been to and the first I would rate as poor. The service was awful and all of the food was extremely salty (even items that should not have been salted were salty)

We have been there three different times with the same POOR service ! We always order the strawberry salad with our meal but we would not get our salad until the food arrives. So, we changed and a regular salad only to have the food arrive with no sides and cold ! No waitress came and checked on us. Such a disappointment to have a nice restaurant in Perry but such poor service !

Stale bread, cold watery soup, brown lettuce in the salad, VERY disappointed. I love Longhorn but this location fell short today. When we told the waitress the issue with the soup she was confused and said she could heat it and give it to me in a to go container. I really wanted a nice lunch out of the car during my 8 hour trip! After the waitress saw me filling out the survey on my phone regarding my experience she removed the charge for my soup from the bill. No manager ever bothered to speak with us. At my local Longhorn a manager visits your table during every meal, what a difference the manager in each location makes. :-(

Great menu, atmosphere and service. April is a fantastic bartender, one of the few that learn your name and address you as a friend. I had the rainbow trout, rice pilaf and the ranch house chili… very good!
