Love this place! Friendly, knowledgeable staff who takes great care of our dogs! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves their pets like children and wants them in the best hands!

I had gone to Batavia Animal for year prior to Perry taking it over, first problem I took my female dog Moxie in for an xray to find out how many puppies she had in there a Perry vet name Peter saw her looked at the xray and said 4 maybe 5 I told him Moxie had had a previous c-​section and if she only had 3 in there I was going to schedule a c-​section Peter said no she has more than 3 she should be fine well 4 dayslater she went into labor ok course the puppy was to bid so at midnight I droe over an hour to c-​section out 4 – 5 puppies there were only 3 thatis why they were to large, because of her previous c-​section and being in labor for 4 –5 hours I had to spay her of course they charged through the nose. Second problem when Moxies puppies went in for their check up at 6 weeks old the bill was outrageous almost 3 times the normal bill the women behind the counter said there has got to be an error this price is too high I will redo the bill and send it to youwell the bill came in at almost 3 times the normal price I called and was told no that was the new pricing mind you they never informed me that there was a price increase prior to seeing my puppies. I found a new much reasonable vet.
