Perfect hole in the wall neighborhood bar with beers as big as your head and GREAT food that won’t take your entire wallet! helps that I live close enough to crawl home :) I recommend the soups, salads, burgers and sandwiches. Super friendly service and chill crowd.

My favorite bar in Perrysburg. They have angry orchard on tap and they are very knowledgeable with their drink creations. Overall this bar is a very cool, relaxed pace to just be with friends and/​or family. Brent and Kitty are the best bartenders!

Fat Jack’s was the place to be years ago when it was in downtown Perrysburg. I’ve been to the newer location a handful of times and it’s mediocre every time. The last time I was here with friends will be the last time that I come to this establishment. You can thank your bartender for that, Fat Jack’s. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but from what I remember she looked to be early 20’s with sandy blonde hair. When my friend went up to get a round of drinks and closed out her tab, the bartender said to her «You do realize that this total doesn’t include tip, right?». My friend was taken back and didn’t know what to say. Little did the bartender know, she had planned to just leave cash at the table we were sitting at, as opposed to putting the tip on her card.
After our friend told us about what happened at the bar, the bartender then came over to our table and said «Yeah, bitch, that’s right I called you out for not tipping». No one at our table said anything as everyone was in shock that she was being so disrespectful. Had she had any patience, she would have received her cash tip. Unbelievable that anyone would act like that, especially when your job is heavily focused on customer service. Will not come back to this place, so many better options in the area.

You have to look hard to find this place but it’s so worthwhile. Located in the Country Charm shopping center look for the lighted red sign.
It’s a low key beer heavy bar, home of the Tankard, a fishbowl full of deliciously cold beer that will run you about $ 3 during happy hour. The food is bar food at its supreme best. The Fat Jack burger is perfectly cooked, cheesed and sauced perfection (they also offer a smaller option). Fries and onion rings are interchangeably delicious. The rings are heavily battered and fried golden brown, plenty to share with 2 or more.
I must mention the Friday fish fry; all you care to eat whitefish served with fries and cole slaw. Let me tell you something about this fish: AMAZING! Lightly battered, fried to crispy goodness it’s more than you would expect, not greasy in the least, served hot and did I say endless?
Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Definitely on my short list of new favorites.

my go to burger and beer place. love it. typical bar food such as burgers, chicken sandwich, ect. homeade chips are great. when you want a cheap drink and some hot food go here. nothing fancy but it works.

Eat here every so often. Like it better since the moved to the plaza. Good through the week but to busy on Fridays (but who isn’t)…appears crowd gets young on Friday and Sat as night goes on. Need to drink more beer on Friday and Sat as crowd appearance needs help. Food is average… beer is cold… prices are fair… the slower the business the better the service. …and that is why we eat here every so often.

Best Reuben around! Bar staff is great. All-​U-​Can Eat Fish on Friday is terrific.
