Chili’s

Staff is more concerned with their own tables, very poor teamwork. Food is auctioned off by the server delivering it, even when it’s YOUR server. Ordered an appetizer as an entrée and it was delivered 15 min BEFORE the actual dinners showed up. Either poor expediting in the kitchen or the server didn’t place the order correctly. Overall POOR experience, the server was the reason they get an extra star, and try as I might I have given this specific location more than one chance, I will NOT be back here again: third strike.

Ate here with my wife… I cannot possibly explain how wonderful the experience was. Just know that the food came out fast hot and delicious. I could not believe how quickly we were seated and had our food. Server was wonderful and got 30% just for helping give us the perfect experience. Other places should take note. Will be back many many more times.

Great service tonight as per usual here. I had the original chicken crisper a and my wife enjoyed quesadillas. The server was very attentive and we always had fresh refills on our soft drinks. We used the free appetizer coupon we get with email. The server even offered a box for the appetizer chips we had left over. We eat here at least twice a month and have not ever had a bad experience.

I’m giving it 3 stars based on past visits NOT our most recent visit. We usually sit at the bar or in the bar area. The service is generally decent as is the food. Last night we were seated right away in the dining area (not the bar) and the hostess explained how the Ziosk works. She left and we waited 15 mins and never had a server come to take our drink order. The restaurant wasn’t busy. We finally just left. We decided to go up another exit to Buffalo Wild Wings where we had drinks and an appetizer in 15 mins.

I think this was the first time I’ve ever ran into an IHOP that wasn’t open ²⁴⁄₇. We had a five-​hour drive from Cheboygan to Perrysburg and yes, I WAS HANGRY. Hungry because I that chicken wrap I had for lunch did nothing and angry because one of the tires on the rental was losing air. Ugh! IHOP, you failed us. Just wanted some damn pancakes. There was a Chili’s in eyesight and I had to make a decision.
If you’ve read my reviews, I’m not a popular chain kind of person. No Chili’s, Ruby Tuesdays, Applebees, but I have no choice when I’m on the road. Like I said, HANGRY and nowhere near picky at the time.
Walked in and we were seated in no time because there wasn’t much going on. Our server was nice, but she seemed a little tired. Every time we asked her a question, it took her a few seconds to realize what we had said. Poor thing. T_​T She was sweet enough, though.
I don’t know if everything tasted okay because it was late and we were hungry, but it had to have been something. I got some steak with broccoli and southwest mac and cheese. I about gagged when I put the mac and cheese in my mouth. Very very bland. Not southwest at all… But then I drowned it in hot sauce and made it much better. I ended up eating the whole thing. As for the broccoli — it was overcooked. It was mushy and fell apart when I pressed my fork to it.
Ate it anyway.
The steak was pretty dang good, though. Cooked medium, just the way I liked it, and it came with a garlic glaze on top of it. Mmm~ Didn’t need no A1, no nothing. Hell, you know something’s good when you try it the next day and the smell is so inviting, even when it’s cold.
It wasn’t the best, but it calmed our tummies.

Honestly I wish I could give it 4 and a half stars. This is a very good restaurant. The flavour is an easy 9 out of ten. The cleanliness is about a ten of ten. Can’t forget the freshness of ingredients which is an 8. That table side guacamole is FRESH but the pizza is BAD! And the variety is another ten out of ten. From fresh tex-​mex, to juicy burgers, and ribs.
My normal line up here is the table side guacamole blackberry iced tea and then a bowl of chicken enchilada soup.

Called ahead and they accepted our reservation. We arrived 10min after I called and they seated us right away. April our server was very observant, efficient and tentative. The food was great! She kept our glasses full. The chicken tacos were delicious. They even put all the sauces on the side like I asked. I also saw the manager helping out the wait staff and keeping busy. He was not standing around talking to the staff like I have seen in other restaurants.

Good service poor food. Could not get a simple order correct.
Kitchen apparently cannot read a and follow directions. It’s their way or nothing. Manager not to be found. Who is running this place.

My co worker and I came here for dinner last night after arriving to Perrysburg from Chicago. We had about a 15 minute wait on a Monday night, which we thought was weird. The service we received was good. Our waiter was nice. This is the basic franchise Chili’s. We had a free chips and salsa after checking into FourSquare. I had the boneless buffalo chicken salad which was good. I asked for dressing on the side. I enjoyed it. My co worker had their 6oz steak with mashed potatoes and garlic bread. He finished his entire plate. I guess it was good. Price is decent. We both went back to the hotel full and content.

Excellent food and great service. Will be back here when I am in the area. Recommend — definitely.

Pretty good food for a chain. We got there pretty late, like around 9:30 PM, and even then service was pretty good and we had a good time at dinner. I wouldn’t call it authentic Mexican food but was surely good food. I loved the drinks we had as well. I think I had the Tropical Sunrise if I remember right. Would come here again.

Dropped in with some family members. We got some free chips and salsa thanks to my sister’s 4-​square account, which were good. Salsa seemed better than usual though it’s still not my favorite.
For my entrée, this time, I tried the Caribbean salad. I love the dried cherries and the chicken, but removed the peppers. My sister got a burger and my mother the pulled pork, all of which they said was good. I was especially impressed by the large, juicy-​looking burger, which I had not ordered in years after a particularly bad experience some long time ago.
Service was adequate– polite, efficient. The place was clean, and despite the large number of guests, we were able to get a seat within moments of arrival.
We also did split a red velvet cake for dessert, and it was just as good as the first time. My sister is now a fan as well.

I make my living traveling. As a road warrior, I eat out alone a lot. I picked Chili’s because it was close to my hotel, and it has a bar area to sit in. I came mostly for a beer and a snack. The bar was not really busy, only about 5 people, but service was kinda slow. The bartender was very friendly, and there was 6 beers on tap.
I ordered queso dip with chips and salsa. The dip looked like it had been sitting all day when it arrived, but was pretty tasty.
I did not have much to eat here, and I sat in the bar, but overall it was not bad experience.

Ordered wings and a turkey sandwich. The winge were half covered in sauce. Sandwich was good, fries were a bit cool when I got them back to the hotel after a short dive.

Went here on a Saturday evening with my family. Even though it was about 6:30 — 7 PM and the restaurant was decently busy, we were seated immediately, which is always a plus. Our server was friendly enough, and didn’t bother us too much. I ordered a smoked turkey breast sandwich with some tortilla soup, and it was quite delicious. They also had a number of steak type meals as well as some low fat/​health conscious meals. For a chain, it’s a pretty good restaurant.

Wow… First to review. I need to preface this by telling you I worked here in college. I like the food, unfortunately. The part about these restaurants is the management doesn’t like you.
This particular restaurant is always understaffed and they are always firing people for ridiculously reasons. This leads me to why such a bad review. When you do this to your business, you have mistakes. Several times the servers would not know the entire menu and get the wrong items out. The kitchen staff would be so understaffed, that the restaurant General Manager would have to go back on a Saturday night and cook the food. He should be out making sure customers are taken care of.
If you are looking to eat here when it is busy, expect one out of every 4 times something is going to go wrong. Whether it be a long wait, the wrong food, or cold food… something will.
