customer service lacks!!!
careless, disrespectful and waste of time (and money!)
patiently waited for help… when finally recognized, received abrasive attitude while being refused and given the run
around to call the corporate headquarters… i tried the next available store a few cities away and received the exact same bad attitude and carelessness!!!
i am now earnestly seeking aeropostales nonexistence!!!

Felt very very uncomfortable shopping here as the young lady literally followed me and my sister around while we looked at clothing. I really regret not getting her name *I would like to say Jenny or something with a J* I understand she has a job to do by protecting her store, but my God she was almost in my back pocket. I’ve worked in retail I get it. Also when I did ask her a question I can tell I was a bother to her, I was on her nerves for whatever reason. I personally will never return to this store but I wouldn’t detour ppl from coming in either… just a warning when you are in, keep your hands in site or you’ll have hovering holly breathing down your neck. Mostly I regret coming in this store at all. Very bad experience for me.

The staff wasn’t overly friendly but they were nice. Great stuff in all sizes. Tons of cute stuff hard to choose. I would go again. Great prices too.

They have size 33 jeans! Not many of them carry that size including Banana Republic. Really good prices for T-​Shirts as well.

The store is always organized and well-​stocked, I must say initially because I’m well aware of how customer service pretty much isn’t available in this generation. There are always plenty of staff, but they are NO HELP.
On numerous occasions (due to convenience of location) I have visited this store and have asked questions recieving no helpful answer, example:
«Do you have any black polos?»
Answer: «Yeah, uhm, I think. If you look, you’ll see.»
What kind of crap is that? And you want to try something on? ²⁄₃ times I got a: «Yeah, hold on.» and they motion to another worker (while both aren’t helping customers [oh yeah, the staff LOVES chatting it up with one another] or stocking and don’t even make sure they’re paying attention while trying to ask them to get me a room. A few minutes later, I ask again, and it’s like they’re completely oblivious to the fact that you even asked for a room to begin with.
And if you need a different size, don’t bother asking, just don’t close the door all the way and get it yourself, you’ll be there for hours regardless of the crowd otherwise.
Months ago, the staff was on top of EVERYTHING and would help in basically every which way possible. But my past 5 or 6 visits have been nightmares.
