I came in here on a busy weekend looking for a guns N roses t-​shirt. I was having trouble finding it so two very helpful young men really did their best to help me find it. One was looking on the folding table while the other one was looking through the top shirt racks. Even though I didn’t find the shirt, I wanted these two guys to know that 5 mins of your time can make a huge difference in customer service. Thank you guys for helping me. You guys are great

Great store with great selection for both men and women. Awesome finds in the sale section for good prices!
But like some other reviews/​tips, the customer service is horrible. The employees seemed to be looking around the store but not paying much attention to the customers that are right in front of them.
I also got rung up full price for a skirt that had a sale sign right in front it. Hey, rude gossiping «workers» how about you tend to the store and do your job? Maybe people would actually enjoy shopping there.

Favorite cotton on! Always find A TON of stuff on sale. Love their «nothing over $ 10» section. I always find a bunch for like $ 5 each.
Always leave happy! Only thing is they seem to forget to take the security tags off a lot.

After a fruitless day at the outlets, I stopped in to Cotton On at the last minute. Score! For gals and guys alike.
You do have to pick through the racks a bit, but these were the seriously deep discounts I was looking for when I came to the outlets that day. I wound up with two adorable silk dresses for $ 5.00 EACH!!! As I was checking out at the register, I noticed some sweet and simple leather wallets with gold zippers, and cutesy sayings stamped on them in gold as well. $ 3.50 each, I got two.
I held back in buying more, but I am absolutely positive I will return to this store with a nice big shopping bag next time!

Tons of super cheap clothing and accessories. I just needed a pair of sunglasses. (I’m brutal with them so I need them to be cheap but with sufficient UV protection.) I was able to get two for $ 10 — one for me and one for my much younger sibling. Deal!
The checkout people were super friendly.

Vallejo, CA
CO brings new life to the Petaluma Outlets and I’m hooked! This Australian brand provides great casual styles for men and women at affordable prices. Everything is marked down and won’t do too much damage to your wallet. The clearance section offers so much variety but the items are final sale. I think I love this store more than H&M. Don’t sleep, CO is not to be missed!
