This was the first and last time coming here it was totally disrespectful that the employees there judged me by how im dressed and discriminated me. I walked in to get something nice to wear to a family reunion as i walked in i loved this nice shirt i grabed 2 same ones but different color i was trying it on an as i took it of the price tag feel off i dint notice it. I waked to the register and a lady asks me if i was goin to purchase those or not i said yes right then i handed the items to the cashier and i told her i think this one doesn’t have a tag or maybe it fell of so she says«oh I found the tag laying on the floor» she then puts the items on the side a hands them to me when I finished paying. So i go home all exited with the nice stut i got then i see the tag that says WARNROBING1:45pm I’m still in shock and it’s painful to think that thats how they look at color people. Which by the way im a hard working MEXICAN. Im not purchasing anything at this store anymore.

I like this Ann Taylor location and am pleased that after many years of not having one at the Petaluma Outlet, they are back. Of course, this isn’t the«outlet of all outlets» like the former Ann Taylor at Petaluma was, but that is fine. With this down economy, the sales prices are regularly so great that I can afford to shop here. The store is always clean and well organized and they usually have a pretty large selection of items in the clearance section. I appreciate the Petites section since I am of the stubby variety. I love the styles here and appreciate how all of the colors go together so you can mix and match a lot of pieces into new outfits. The only complaint I have with this store is that whenever I go to purchase, they try multiple times to sell me on the idea of an Ann Taylor credit card. It’s almost like the price I have to pay for the privilege of finding great deals, but seriously, it is irritating. Can’t I just say«no» once and have done with it? I find myself dreaming of responses which might close them down for good: «Sorry, credit cards are against my religion»(as I swipe mine) «Sorry, I just went through bankruptcy» «My husband doesn’t allow me to have any credit cards» I do feel sorry for the sales folks since I know they are forced by their management to do the sales pitch. Maybe one day we won’t all have to go through this song and dance. Until then, at least the shopping here is great.
