I’ve purchased at least 5 phones from the store. Vanessa and Brooke were exceptional. They each went out of their way to give exceptional customer service. They did way more than they needed to, and helped me understand my new phone. They didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock, so Vanessa found one in another store, and had an employee who lived in Petaluma drop it off. That saved me a trip. Brooke was very good about helping me figure out ways to save money. Overall this is one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. It’s rare to find store representatives that give better service than expected. I will continue to be a customer here.

My experience here was ahhhhh not good. The guy that greeted me was cool, but because I didn’t understand the NEXT plan. The manager came over while he was helping another couple an started yelling at me with a lisp. I couldn’t help but laugh an left an bought my phone from down the street. Even though it wasn’t the sales associates fault that was dealing with me. Thought it was rude for the manager to leave the customers he was with to interrupt his sales associate to yell at me. Don’t recommend going here for anything not even for a case or a screen protector. 1 star MANAGER killed the experience of getting a new phone! If I could would of gave him NO stars

People here are horrible. My husband called in to ask if we are able to do an early upgrade on our lines. He was told that our bill will increase monthly plan by $ 25 on top of paying $ 300+ upfront. They kept pushing us to do the ATT next program which is the same as leasing a phone but paying over $ 700 overtime. I called an hour later because I was told by a representative somewhere else that my bill will not increase by $ 25 because I already am on a $ 40 dollar plan. The representative named Mario on this petaluma store picks up the phone, and asks me if I am calling on behalf of someone else that he already spoke to without even hearing me out. That is just rude and no one should ever answer the phone that way. He then tells me that he is with a client and asks me if I wanted to call back or be put on hold… no one should ever speak rudely to a person on the phone in front of a client. I will NEVER call this store again and never do business with these people. If I didnt have to pay so much money to cancel everything I have with ATT, I wouldve done it right at the second I spoke with Mario.

We have had the absolute worst service from AT&T Do not use their service, cellular, internet or land line if you can help it. The worst customer service ever. The store makes insurance promises of coverage for damage of phone, no deductible, but really there is a $ 200 deductible. You always have to talk to someone one the phone. It ALWAYS take a good 45 minutes while you are shuffled from one person to the next. Their tech support is not well trained. they promise follow up and give a specific time they will call back, and don’t. We have all of the above services and are just finishing out the contract and will NEVER use them again. Horrible!!! The cellular land lines they are pushing have poor quality with annoying beeping every minute or two. Even as I am writing this, I am waiting for«chat» assistance for my internet, «all agents» are busy, please wait. OK, waiting now for 40 minutes. The worst! I think their customer service philosophy. is just to stall, shuffle, transfer until people just give up. I never rant about any service or business. But they are beyond belief.

This review for Andre and the excellent customer service I received on 3⁄5. I had just left the dump down the road aka the AT&T store located next to Safeway. Frazzled with how rude I was treated, Andre, though by himself, multi-tasking, helped me figure out the best possible options for me. He actually took the time to explain everything and treated me like a customer. Super knowledgeable guy, and very helpful.

Very helpful salespeople! They have many new iPhone 5 Accessories and even help you in putting on the antiglare screens. Bravo to a job well done!
