Dangerous to visit! Every time I stop in this place I either end up spending a lot of money on some cool sound gadgets or leave empty handed wishing I had! What I like about this store most are their many choices of «Factory Renewed» items, which are basically stuff that people bought, then changed their minds and returned. Bose gets this stuff, tests them, repackages them and sells them for significantly lower prices with all the manufacturer’s warranty that come with brand new stuff! Anyway, if you like to sample high quality sound, next time you and your significant other are in the mall and you are bored of looking at cloths, get away and spend some time in this store.

I went into your store the other day just to compare a few prices. The salesman that was helping me was beyond helpful. His name is Tim. I am not sure of his last name. He was so helpful! I will be back to make my purchase and hope that this young man is there to help me again. Thank you Tim for taking the time to explain all of the different things that I was looking for. It is sales people like this that make all of the difference in the world!

Tim(salesman) ruined my Memorial day weekend. Myles(salemsan) is great, unfortunately he was gone when I went to pick up system. Tim’s lack of customer service skills and absolutely no technical competence is what you can expect if you go to this location. I drove from SF to Petaluma to buy Bose system and because of Tim’s incompetence/inability to charge my cards appropriately, he told me we could not complete sale and to go home and come back the next day! He was more concerned with selling me acessories that I did not want or need. He botched the entire transaction because he didn’t understand how to use his own register and cancel out his mistakes. Very incompetent. He over charged my debit card on Memorial day weekend so I had no money for my 3 day weekend since he could not correct the problem till bank opens on Tuesday and so I was grounded home. After requesting Mgr Bob to rectify problem, things got better. Overall; Bad experience, go somewhere else, unless Myles is there!

I really liked this store. It is clean and simple and displays all the bose products. All the products are laid and put in place so it is easy to try out everything. More importantly, it has very friendly service in a very comfortable, quiet environment. There is none of the hustle and bustle of a major electronics store. If you are looking to try out some bose stuff, this is the place to go.
