Cokas Diko Home Furnishings

Our experience was very unfortunate. After a lot of searching, we decided to purchase a custom sectional from Cokas Diko. My wife loved this store… still does. But we will never spend another dollar here.
We didn’t anticipate an on-​time delivery as anything custom ordered tends to run overdue — especially furniture. We get that. However, the piece was 2+ months overdue. In that extended time-​frame we received little communication unless we called them. When we did call it was a run-​around of excuses («we’ll call you back» and then they didn’t) and aloof dismissal of our questions. I’d go so far as to say the owners were downright insulting when we did speak with them. They never offered an apology and when I prompted them for a «concession» so we could feel better about possibly purchasing from them again, they displayed an attitude as if it we were wrong to ask.
We love the sectional, it’s everything my wife wanted. It’s unfortunate we had to deal with such horrible customer service.
Spend your money elsewhere — there’s too many other proprietors that understand the value of customer experience and are willing to treat you accordingly.

Excellent selection of home furniture with an antique /​unique /​country feel to it. Many one-​of-​a-​kind items. The staff was very helpful and highlighted the value of joining the email list as well. Definitely worth stopping in although it can be a little pricy so ask if there are any sales when you are there.
