Every Friday, I take my kids here for«Donut Friday»! It’s our tradition for a few years now. We love the donuts, I love the coffee, and we all love the staff!

Got love this family run donut shop. The entire family is great weather you are there at 430 am or 1:30 in the afternoon. Plus the Chinese lunch dishes are a hidden gem.

Very friendly staff. Service is always quick and the variety is great too. Our son loves the donut holes and the other favorite donut is the jelly filled.

Good donuts and pretty good Chinese food. Breakfast sandwiches are good too. The best part about the place is the friendliness of the staff. The best service around!(pretty sure they are family owned)

The best donuts you could EVER have. I am a huge donut person and have been to many different shops. I have yet to find any place that even comes close to this one. My family gets donuts here on Sunday’s and they always have just what we want which is awesome. Love love love.

Amazing and hands down the best donuts we have ever had. Such a pity we cannot find a comparable place in Encinitas. Their donuts were light, not oily and the glaze was perfect. Just the right balance of sweetness without it being cloying. Their shop is immaculate and clean and the young couple who owns this store were very friendly. The coffee was excellent as well.

Mmm! This review is for the chicken noodle soup. The broth was really good, not overly salted, and had lots of small delicious pieces of garlic in it. There was also an ample amount of rice noodles along with dark meat chicken, parsley, and scallions. The broth was so soothing I feel better after eating it. I haven’t tried the donuts yet as I am very full. They have a good selection, but you can tell the regulars hit it early(no maple bars left). There are photos on the wall of the very affordable Chinese food, as well as photos of breakfast sandwiches and other breakfasts they serve. All entrees are under $ 8.00 each. There are a few tables inside and they were all full. The two men that served me were very welcoming and friendly. Updated: I just ate a huge round custard filled donut with chocolate on the top, and it was sooo good. It was very clean tasting — not oily or greasy at all. I bought my husband a big airy crumb donut so maybe I can get a bite of that later, too. :)

Great guys who run this little gem. My favorite place for a quick breakfast sandwich in the morning(everything bagel, egg + bacon). Cheap, fast, hearty, friendly.

Came here upon looking for cheap Chinese food for lunch because of come colleagues. I wanted craving for Chinese Chicken Salad and what Chinese fast food doesn’t have salad? THISONEDOESN’T! I was dissapointed and wanted something healthy so we stuck to this one. I ordered beef broccoli no rice and extra broccoli which was about $ 6.50. Better be good correct? NOT! My food was soaked in so much sauce that it looked like a swimming pool. This review was for their Chinese food and not the donuts so I can’t comment on that. There was though donuts in the window and very small buffett table of Chinese food that looked like it was sitting there all day long. My food was cooked freshed but I’ve seen better.

Favorite cheap donut shop in Petaluma. Donuts are delicious, and are all good. I usually get Maple bars, chocolate chocolate donuts, and maple donuts. Yummy! Coffee is pretty good, but certainly not the best I’ve had. But none then less, still good coffee, and usually fresh. Service is about average. The staff is usually pretty friendly, but other times, it’s not good or bad. Overall, this is one cheap donut shop that i now come to every once in a while when i’m willing for something a bit more fattening then the standard fare. I heard that this place also sells Chinese food, but i haven’t tried it yet. But hey, you get the point, a greasy donut shop is a greasy donut shop!

Donuts are OK. I love apple fritters, and this place has a HUGE, beautiful looking one. But I was disappointed to find that it was a bit too greasy for my liking. My son’s powdered donut lost all of it’s powder in the first bite. Glazed where good. Made me pay cash, although they do take cards. Apparently that’s reserved for people who spend more money? Also doubles as a Chinese Food place, no thanks. I would say that this place is all around bizarre.

I came here by accident after a pick-up from one of my clients. Feeling very hungry and it’s already 2:30 in The Afternoon, i saw this and decided to check it out. Looking from the outside, i was little confused because their signs says it’s a Donut Shop and A Quasi Chinese Restaurant on the right side of their outside wall along w/posters of all kinds of Chinese food that they make.“Oh The Hell… Why Not!?” since I’m already at their doorstep right!? I Went in and i was greeted by some Chinese lady on what would i like. There are some Fancy donuts inside of a glass case on my left but i wanted the the Broccoli beef w/Fried rice i said. We had a little chit chat from where i was from and what do i do for a living etc etc… Right after i got my food & pay the lady, i proceeded to my van for my lunch. When i opened up the Styrofoam box, Goodness!!! That’s a LOT Of Food! It looked small in their wall picture. Good Chinese food i might add. This will be my NEWOLD hangout. A Ton of food good enough for 2 people, It’s only $ 5.75 +Tax & tip… how could you go wrong?

This place has the best Chinese fast food I’ve had in a long time. Before you put too much faith in my review, please note I’ve only ever eaten the tofu special because I’m vegetarian. That said, the veggies are super fresh and the stir fry sauce is very light, tasty, and not too salty. I also love their chow mein. The noodles are so soft that they melt in your mouth(not in an over-cooked glutinous way tho). They use Canola oil which is much healthier than vegetable oil and you can taste the difference. All in all, I’d highly recommend the tofu special to anyone! I’ve also heard they noodle soup is delicious from my husband’s old coworkers.

Its hard to find an exceptional donut in the world, and im still searching. This place makes good ones. What sets this shop apart then some others is that i doubles as a chinese food place for lunch. weird combo i know! Chinese and donuts in the morning. anyhow, i digress. The donuts are always soft and moist and pretty good. Im a huge apple fritter guy so i get them everywhere looking for the best one. They do it well. Id keep going back for donuts. as for the chinese food side of things at lunch… Ive been here once for lunch and its an interesting experience. I think i couldnt get it out of my head that its a donut shop and not a chinese restaurant. so the food is ok.
