I’m always afraid to get smoothies because I’m allergic to apples, oranges and bananas — the most common fruit of the USA. I always have to order custom made and feel guilty about it. However everytime I’ve been here, the people have been so nice and accommodating. The smoothies are always delicious and the staff never makes me feel like I am being a pain. Today Jared helped me and made me the best smoothie I have had yet! Plus I was really excited to see that they had Red Bull, my caffeine addiction, so I didn’t have to go to the gas station. Plus it was only $ 2.50 when they could have easily been charging $ 4 for it being available somewhere besides convenience stores. Yay for Juice Shack!

Can’t check in here anymore because they now close at 5. They were closed Labor Day too which I can understand. But every other juice place was open. What kind of business is this?

This is review is just for the customer service,(as I’m walking out of their door) but this guy with the glasses is so rude. Me, my husband, our son and two of our friends walked in at 6:59pm and this guy didn’t even greet us with a hello or anything. His exact words were«Just to let you know, we close in 1 minute.» Waaayyyyyy to make your guests feel welcome. My friend(who is a GM at Jamba Juice) ordered the watermelon warrior and it’s actually pretty good! Too bad whoever was closing was rushing us out. We would’ve ordered more.

It’s Juice Shack. What are you going to say. There’s like a trillion of them in Sonoma County. We do tend to prefer this over Jamba Juice. They offer coconut flavors and Jamba doesn’t(which is odd — or not. I don’t know the smoothie industry that well) Anyway, they have your standard young folks manning the counter and they are normally friendly and quick. The place is clean. They have a few retro arcade games in there too so bring quarters, I guess. LOTS of parking for sure. Oh and they do the grass shot thing. Not my thing, but in case you were wondering.

Love this place. It’s like Jamba Juice, but way better! They are usually prompt to take my order, and within about 5 minutes or less I have my drink. I usually get the Fertilizer, and replace the parsley with ginger, and add the kale and energy boost, both are free! It is so tasty, I love it. My boss and assistants like to get drinks from there too. We are all a fan. The only thing I wish was they greeted me with a more friendliness and with a bigger smile, like they do at Jamba. It would really take them farther overall, just like Jamba(they put a big emphasis on customer service and knowledge, that they can take not of) but since their juice is so good, I will let that pass for now:) Cheers!

If you want a nice selection of drinks, this is the place to go. Before or after a workout, or maybe just a healthy alternative, here is your spot.

Good selection. However, there is nothing on the Juice Shack website or stores that say if any of the fruits and veggies are organic. I have to assume they are not.

I have been going to this Juice Shack the last few years on a regular basis. The young staff have always been friendly. It’s a relaxed location, despite the afternoon wind in Petaluma. I have been getting the berry varieties of drinks there, mainly the medium-sized ones. Compared to Jumba Juice, I like the taste better. The wait time isn’t bad, even when there is up to 3 other waiting sets of customers. Both afternoons and mornings are good times to go. Finally, the counters are kept clean.

Why is a juice/smoothie place not open until 10am!!!

I went to the counter, said hello, received a rude, dead-behind-the-eyes look. Then I ordered, hoping she wouldn’t spit in my cup. And you know what? She didn’t! Thanks Juice Shack!

My daughter and I like to go here when we’re downtown. They have a big menu to choose from that’s located high on the back wall behind the counter written in chalk which is hard to read(for me at least) so I always end up getting the same thing. The juice is usually good tho’ not always consistent. I like getting wheat grass shots here and they’ll give you a chaser if you ask. They serve bagels and cream cheese and sometimes have desserts to choose from. The staff is friendly tho’ not always helpful. The first time I went here for a wheat grass shot they served it in a shot glass made of ice — I thought it was just a chilled shot glass and when I put it on the table it slid off onto the floor. I was with my daughter who was an infant at the time. The staff did not offer to help me clean it up which was awkward since it happened twice in a row(it took me a while to figure out what was up with the shot glass). They replaced the shot each time. When I order wheat grass from here I now ask for a plastic container.

I’ve come to this place a few times. I have to say its decent service and expedient. Today I got the watermelon warrior. Two of them and they seemed to be both watered down a bit. Kind of bland. I haven’t had that drink before but I was a little disappointed I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt

I’ve always liked Juice Shack, but never thought to write a review until now. Why? Well, I went to Jamba Juice for the first time last week figuring all these places are comparable, but was SHOCKED to find JJ was inferior in many ways– most importantly taste! The JJ strawberry/banana smoothie was too sweet and didn’t taste fresh. My husband couldn’t even finish his. So, anyway, enough dirting on JJuice, but that experience made me realize Juice Shack is a cut above and I now let everyone know that. My current favorite drink is the Coconut Congo which is as yummy as a Pina Colada. Also, I recommend paying 50cents for the MegaShack supplement– since it’s like getting four additions for the price of one then selecting something else– like fiber force or brain food– for your free addition.

Great value, friendly service. Costco sells 2 $ 25 gift card for $ 40. I like the raspberry ripple.

Juice Shack is my must stop spot when I come back to this godforsaken town, and visit my Family! Ok… So I grew up around here, and am not a big fan of the small town feel. No offense. But 17 years here, was enough. Now, that I’ve apologized about the town insult. Lets get down to the good stuff! While Jamba Juice doesn’t offer cherries year around… Juice Shack does! The Cherry Blossom is my go to drink. And it’s amazing. Who needs chocolate cake, or any other sort of desert when you can have something that’s both good and good for you. Wow… that sounded sappy. But seriously. Next to home. This is the best thing, this town has to offer!

The fruits and veggies and NOTORGANIC. I’m not sure they are even washed. There does not seem to be a sincere commitment to health here. I think all the health benefits are lost with the huge concentration of pesticides that one juice or veggie drink must inject.
