Make sure that if you hire Andrew as your bankruptcy attorney that he INCLUDES EVERY BILL in your bankruptcy petition. I paid Andrew $ 1,600 for his services. I brought every bill to him and he left out 8 bills on my petition. These creditors are still sending me bills even after the rest of my bills stopped after I filed. When I spoke with Andrew about this he told me he would give me the notice to mail out to creditors myself. This is not a honorable way to do business because I’m basically fixing his mistake and I paid him to do his job. His job is to make sure all creditors are listed and if one falls through the cracks he should fix it. He also told me he wouldn’t fix it for me because I had too many medical bills to deal with in the first place!!! This has been a very stressful process in the sense when you file all you should have to worry about is working on building your credit back up. Now I have to make sure that there are no more bills that weren’t listed on my petition. Not the piece of mind I was promised.
Andrew has been wonderful through out the entire bankruptcy process. In a time of high stress he explained the entire process very well and put me at ease. He will work with you even after you file to make sure nothing gets left out. If you need to file bankruptcy defiantly go through Andrew you will not regret it!
