David Gardner is a great lawyer to find in the small town of Petaluma. He has the «small town» touch — he respects his clients, listens, is approachable and is incredibly responsive. He’s around when you need him — from day one to year 5. And he’s also knowledgeable and successful at what you need. I highly recommend him!

David was very kind and patient during what was one of the hardest times of my life. He guided me through the steps in a smooth and easy way and always returned my messages promptly and satisfactorily (including evenings, weekends and holidays). He was very professional and well acquainted with the other parties who were to be involved in the matter (court employees, eg). I would recommend him highly to anyone, especially someone who has never gone through the process before.

If they had more stars to give I would give them for David! He was the best! He knows his stuff and he’s efficient, professional, knowledgeable, very organized and a pleasure to work with! Working with David made the bankruptcy process quick and painless! His rates are VERY reasonable and he does a thorough job. I would recommend him to anyone that is going thru the bankruptcy process, you won’t be disappointed!

He got the job done!
A recommendation came from a friend of mine who practices law mostly in San Jose. While attending a court case in Santa Rosa, he observed David Gardner in court and thought highly enough of him to refer me to him. We decided to use his services which were fairly priced and very professional. What really set him aside a being a great guy was even though he was dealing with recovering from a leg injury and surgery, he went out of his way to make my wife and I comfortable in all our dealings with him.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to be well taken care of!
