I bought my husband a pair of shoes on black friday which on xmas morning he ended up not liking. Unfortunately in the mess of wrapping I misplaced the receipt. Yes, this is my fault. BUT come on Nike is like a gazillion dollar company and surely they can look it up on my credit card. Well, yeah that’d be a no. So I had to exchange the shoes for less than what I paid and couldn’t even the current price. The shoes were currently selling for $ 60 but I could only get $ 40 in store credit. Lame! The employees were nice but I’m just irritated with Nike and feel like this isn’t a company or store I want to support when so many others are more consumer friendly.

Like the other Nike outlets, the prices are great. However, the shoe section of this store is chaotic. It seems as though the aisles are much more narrow than the other Nike outlets. It could have just appeared that way from the boxes laying around in the aisles from terribly mannered shoppers taking them out and just leaving them. There was a staff member trying to clean up the area while I was there but it was definitely a job for more than one person. The aisles were so small, throwing another employee in the mix to help probably wasn’t a good idea. They did have a good selection but the clothing section was so spread out– put some racks of shoes over there to make it easier to shop!

I dislike shopping, yet don’t mind it in small doses. We stopped into the Nike Factory store to check out the deals. Although, it’s an outlet store — it’s not cheap, but neither is the brand at full price. My sister found a great pair of running shoes for less than full price. My mom and I scored a great deal on a couple t-shirts that said«We run San Francisco». Overall we were happy with our purchases and the Nike store is a good for new kicks and clothes, compared to full price.

Justin is awesome. I needed to get a pair of shoes for my husband(without him) and Justin patiently walked through the entire store with me to help select the most fashionable, comfortable, hip shoes. He delivered info on almost every single pair of shoes there and even when I took pictures to text to my husband, he patiently waited. Spectacular service. Great smile. Patient, helpful, kind. Best type of customer experience you could ever ask for.

I came here over the weekend, my girlfriend was looking for workout pants. The store was busy which could have been a part of the problem but I think mainly the staff needs direction. The person at the fitting room hated their life. You probably want to put your friendliest person in this position. There were a ton of great deals which is why I stayed. I got a nike day-glow yellow running jacket normally $ 125, for $ 20.97! & purple nike nylon running leggings normally $ 85, for $ 12.47!!! I got my girlfriend nike running pants for $ 20 as well. Killer sale!

I went in here to buy a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift. I got a pair on clearance, and the box was falling apart and lid was torn off. I asked them if I could get a new box at checkout and they said they didn’t have any. Like really? A shoe store doesn’t have extra boxes? So I ask if they have gift boxes I can purchase, he looked at me like I was retarded. Won’t be shopping here again.

Decent size for a Nike Factory store. The employees are very helpful and attentive. Awesome selection of apparel! So if you’re looking for some workout clothes or Nike paraphernalia, this a great place to go to! The only downfall is the suuupper small selection of shoes.(Only two isles for kids, two for women and four for men)

Sadly this location never seems to have a good selection of shoes :(I can say that their clothing section is better than some of the other outlets. I can usually come here and stock up on gym clothes for me and the bf and not walk away to broke. A big plus for this location is that it’s pretty quiet and there ours plenty of parking

Not a lot of deals on shoes, but I bought a jacket that’s retailed at $ 90 for only $ 38! It’s a windbreaker so it’s very nice too.

I must admit, even though Nike runs a little smaller and a little narrower than most brands, I do love their running shoes. I’m not the type of person to buy Jordan’s, Lebron’s, or any other star basketball player who retails kicks for 150 – 200 bucks for flash; I go through shoes like nobodies business because I run like nobodies business. I go through kicks about every 100 miles, so about every month. This store has everything you need from clothes, shoes, and accessories. They even have a wall for sale/clearance stuff which makes it easy for the indecisive like me. And holiday seasons are even a better reason to come on in and get some reasonably priced gear for you or your special ones.
