Petaluma Window Cleaning & Janitorial Service

We just had Petaluma Window Cleaning do some wonderful work around our home. First they cleaned our gutters and down spouts and then proceeded to clean our windows, of which we have over 100, in a 2 story down slope 3300 square foot home. The crew arrived around 8:30 am and worked continuously until they finished, right around 4 pm. For the windows, they used ladders on the outside and hand cleaned every pane, unlike the last window cleaners we had who used a hose extension with DI water. Trust me, hand cleaning with ladders is more difficult but does a much, much better job. I have had windows and gutters cleaned in the past by others, but never with the care and thoroughness of Petaluma Window Cleaning. I read on their truck that they also do truck mounted carpet cleaning and plan on getting them back in August to do that. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them in the future.

I had a mailer coupon and called these guys. They called me back almost immediately and came out the next day for an estimate. They power washed the house the next day. At the time, it looked really good, but then next day I could see several areas that the hose had missed and/​or left streaking.
I called the owner (Joe) back about a week later, and he sent a guy out to redo the spots. While Joe was easy to deal with the guy he sent out seemed a bit irritated. I pointed out what needed to be redone– (side of house) the worst part was lower down on the wall– so he acted like that was all he wanted to do. I agreed because I just didn’t want to argue. I should have had him to the whole side, because the part he redid looks great– exactly what I had wanted. But the spot above it looks uneven and now you can see what he had redone vs the original job.
I only had them do the front and side of the house (two story) — and it was a little over $ 300.
He honored the coupon, which I always appreciate. The pricing was a little higher than a few of the other quotes I received, but this was the only guy who actually called me back and showed up for his appointments. I’m always willing to pay more for that-​because my time is precious. For the power wash I give them 2 stars.
They also do the netting to keep birds out of your eaves, and I will be calling them to do that for me as well.
I’m giving them 3 stars because they also did my screens. Inexpensive and really nicely done.
